location is good； clean The air‑conditioning was extremely noisy, it felt like I was sleeping next to a plane engine. They moved me to another room the next day, explaining the loud noise was caused by a faulty AC in my original room. However, the noise remained very loud even after the room change. These are wall‑mounted duct‑in units built into the wall, not standard air conditioners.

Property was right by the beach. They offer foldable beach chairs in the room that you can use at the beach to watch the beautiful sunset. Also have access to a washer and dryer for a small fee.

There were roaches in the room. Theproperty needs to be fumigated. That was my concern with the food and edible items.

The location is excellent. Located right on the beach, so you can walk out of your room to a beautiful sandy beach. The staff is friendly. The room is very clean. The downside is that the room and bathroom are very small. You can hear the noise from the upstairs room. There are better places to stay for the same price that have larger rooms, balconies, and kitchens. This is the only reason I would not stay here again.
