Easy to get to Room smelt awful, the man at the front asked me three times at check in if we smoked I told him no only to walk into our room and it reeked of cigarette smoke. They didn’t have enough food ready for breakfast. Whole building has a gross smell. It’s like a pig with lipstick. Then we needed to check out early and they wouldn’t refund or credit. Overall disappointing and wouldn’t go back.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly people. My experience was amazing. The property is completely new from inside, from outside it may look older building.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. That as far as it went. Lock on door didn't work, refrigerator didn't work and was so noisy had to unplug it. Ice machine was broken on 2nd floor. 1st floor worked but ice machine was in need of service. Not proper cubes and dirty, no light in ice machine room.

I had some very noisy people staying in the room next me who argued loudly until after midnight. I told them to sit up 3 x’s. The third time they stopped. And then they decided to start back up at around 430am. This interrupted my sleep and made me very angry that morning.. I told them once again to shut up. When I came down and told the young man at the desk, what happened and that I was lacking sleep due to that noise. He apologized and was very nice about it very understanding. I told him it wasn’t his fault. It was the people who were remember next to me. Apparently they heard me as they were in the area when I said something again and I’m glad they did. Other than that it was a nice hotel nice and clean. I would recommend staying there.

The whole property is spotless. The hotel smelled clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was relaxing. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Everything was excellent. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

The hotel rates are worth it for the stay nights. Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

The guest services personnel was able to check me in with ease and apologized for system issues. The outside of the hotel needs updating. The room bathtub needs updating and the ice maker on the 2nd floor didnt work.
