I love this place! It feels like home away from home!! The elevator was down and the pool was down for half a day. I go here because of the pool!

Centrally located on Killington Road made it easy to get to the various venues on the mountain.
-
It was a good location between the mountain and the town. It just needed a bit of maintenance in every area of the facility. Pressure wash the front awning to make the entrance more appealing and clean away the cobwebs and filth. Just about everything needs replaced in the room.
-
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, and the location is nice, just down the road from Killington ski area. The hotel is in serious need of refurbishment. The rooms and facilities are worn, and coming apart in areas, and the rugs are all stained and well traveled, which presents a little bit of a smell.

Amazing hot pool, great staff, another marvelous stay very close to the mountain and plenty of other activities. Laundry room is clutch (coin operated machines, change available at front desk). The wife had an injury and wasn't able to navigate stairs all that well, the front desk was understanding and were kind enough to move our room to the main floor, requiring no stairs, while the elevator was being worked on. New ownership is busy making some upgrades and maintenance and hopefully the vibes will remain the same as we've loved for years!

Location was great and price was really good. Property is a bit dated and rooms have seen some wear and tear but beds were comfortable. Toilet could have flushed better without intervention with the fill float.
-
Close to Pico, rooms were decent, bed was good.sheets and towels were clean. Coffee was really good Elevator didn’t work, view from rear of building wasn’t great. Water pressure was not great.
-
We loved the heated outdoor pool. The temperature was great which is rare at most hotels. The room was spacious and clean. Nothing.
-
Advertised having a restaurant and bar. Both were closed. The lock on the door was Not secure metal enforcement plate missing. Room should not have been rented. Ring an avid skier and frequent Killington I would NOT stay there again. Property needs a lot of work

I have stayed here before but this time we got upgraded due to the lift being out of order and my hubby is disabled so we got a suite on floor 3 the entrance floor. It was stunning either way a massive jacuzzi bath in the bedroom and a great sized bathroom with large shower. Also had a kitchen and living room with views over Killington. Lovely hotel would recommend.

Great location, friendly staff, great price. Double Queen and the one bed was completely sunk in the middle. Also the refrigerator in the room was so loud we had to unplug it to sleep.
-
Another great stay. The hot pool is rad. It is super mega to have the bar and restaurant on-site! Staff are always friendly and helpful.
-
The hot pool never disappoints. Comfortable bed, in room mini fridge and microwave are welcome amenities. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Can't beat the drink specials and $1 shrimp at the Star Lounge. I hear there are new owners that are going to do some maintenance and renovations and I sure hope they keep the rad North Star vibes we've loved for years.

Love our stays at the North Star!
-
pool $$ nothing
-
The property was a little older but the location was close to killington and the options with the one bedroom suite is a good size for family
-
Close to Killington and heated pool is a bonus. All good.

Plenty of space, storage, and nice kitchen. Room and bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, and the heated pool with a view of the mountain was a huge plus after a long day of skiing
