    Very convenient and clean.

Also, sleeping was. rough. Bright outside lights beam through the bedroom window and the blackout shades are not big enough to cover the whole window. We had a difficult time falling asleep and staying asleep.

Second time staying up here this year. Love the ambience and the location. Unfortunately, we came just as O'Dwyer's and the hotel were about to shut down for the season. The check-in counter does have a very limited selection of beer and wine, but it's just not quite the right atmosphere when you finish skiing/snowboarding, pop into the hot tub but buy a beer from the lobby first. If O'Dwyer's was open OR if we had known they were shutting down when we booked, it would have let us prepare a little better.

    Great stay

The place was located close to the event and activities, but was not really open for the season, as if it were closed for spring break. The room was not clean -- the room smelt like a dog was present in the room prior and smelt like wet dog, in addition, there was no top sheet on the bed, and a stain on the bed cover that was gross. The largest dissapointment was the bar not being open or the restaurant as it was advertised as being open when I booked. All together not a great experience

Bed was comfortable Wifi worked Hot tub not heated No hot water to shower with. This should have been told to me at check-in. I could have then decided to stay or not with my money refunded. After a day of skiing not to have these conveniences was an absolute no go. The hot tub is why I booked this place. Then no hot water for a shower!

We had a horrible stay and will not stay at this hotel again. This hotel has a lot of problems. The temperature in the room was so hot and the thermostat did not work. I ended up having to open the window and the door to cool the room down. The hot water took over 10 minutes to warm up. On our second and third nights, there was no water from about 6pm to 10pm. I saw one guest dip a small empty trash can in the hot tub to fill it with water so he could flush the toilet in his room. He was very upset. The beds are old, squeaky, and uncomfortable due to one side sunk lower than the other (likely due to guests sleeping in the same over a period of years). But the worst thing is that after we sat down for the breakfast buffet on our last day. My son found an approximately quarter inch silver hexagonal bolt on his plate (I have a photo), which appear to have been embedded in the home fries/potatoes. This was such a shock. I have never seen or experienced anything like that. Why would a bolt be embedded in the food? I immediately reported the incident to the front desk clerk and she went and got the lady/server/attendant responsible for the breakfast buffet. She took a look and appeared surprised but simply said she had no idea how it got there, apologized, and asked me for my room number. Fortunately, my son saw it and luckily he did not scoop it into his mouth, which certainly would have broken his tooth. I request a full refund from this hotel. Horrible experience. Unforgivable.

The hottub and heated pool were amazing after a long day on the slopes. The continental breakfast was a great bonus as well- so much food and it was all delicious! This will be my new favorite go to when coming to Killy

It’s a great lodge. This place has a lot of character. So beautiful inside and out. Rooms are very clean. Updated bathrooms. Hot tub was amazing especially after all day skiing. Bar and bar staff was awesome. Very helpful. Breakfast was one of the best tasted open buffets. Sausage and bacon were the best. I highly recommend this place. We definitely come again !

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

Staff was friendly as ever, just like our previous stay at Summit Lodge. Room was clean, pool and hot tub were great for evening relaxation after skiing. Saturday night at O’Dwyers was great, with very good food and awesome entertainment. We will absolutely continue to stay at Summit Lodge during further ski trips to Killington.

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

100% will be my go to in Killington! The room was a little chilly for me, but they brought in a space heater straight away, and no issues!

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

The staff is very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot tub was excellent They serve a great breakfast and the pub at the lodge is nice when you don’t want to go out after a good day of skiing.

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. the heat was cranked up in my room with seemingly little difference when adjusting the thermostat. to be fair i didn’t mention it to the staff. continental breakfast on Mon/Tue and a hot buffet offered Wed -Sun. The buffet was very good. I’d come back for the food at O’Dawyer’s. This was the cozy wooden snow cabin vibe I hoped for. I’d stay again.
