(Like someone had trimmed their beard and it was never cleaned up.)

The location was great and close to a shopping center and the event location. The staff was pleasant and helpful, which was greatly appreciated. The bathroom had a lot of wear and tear. The only place to hang your towel was right next to the toilet on the hand rail used for assisting those with mobility issues or disabilities. The breakfast was not good.

Hair found on toilet, pill found under garbage can. Hot tub water very low.

Everything Nothing

It is conveniently located. The room had an overpowering smell of cheap perfume. No where else did the hotel smell. Like they didn¿t clean the room just sprayed perfume. The tub tile grout was dirty and a K-cup was still in the keurig. The TV remote was sticky and didn¿t work.

Great staff, clean room and the hot breakfast. Oh yeah, and the pool was open.

It appeared to be newly remodeled Whole hotel smelt like sulfur and dirty mop water. Room smelt like smoke.

Nice clean facility. Really liked the extra steps taken with the indication stickers. The key cards did not work easily as it always took me at least 3 swipes before working the door, especially outside doors. Parking lot should have been plowed more.

Convenience The staff messed up our entire wedding parties reservations

Location was great - close to shopping and Highway 41. We stayed in December, but in the warmer months, there is a bike trail very close that is miles long and very safe. The facility and our room was VERY clean and well kept, which is something that is important to me. We couldn't get the heat/cooling to work as it just said it was "on". However, the room stayed at a very comfortable temperature all night so it wasn't a deal. And if it had been important enough (or uncomfortable), we would have called down to the front desk, which we did not.

The staff at front counter was not wearing a mask when waiting on us. Other guests were not wearing masks in public spaces
