Comfy room with nice bedding, good water pressure and decent amenities. Functional pool and hot tub. The only sore spot would be the rather stale and stuffy air in the room.

Easy access to get to Green Bay. The pool and hot tub were accessible. There was no elevator. The fitness room equipment did not work. The breakfast was out of eggs and fruit. We also had loud people fighting in the halls until after 1 am.

Awful experience. Our room smelt of moldy and our sheets on both beds were moist to the touch. The entire halls of the hotel were lined with moisture absorbers. Our toilet then proceeded to flood our entire hotel room leaving all of our belongings soaked in toilet water. With no offer of refund or anything from the staff at the hotel. Another guest was complaining of similar issues with their room as we were leaving this morning as well. Would not recommend this hotel.

Ceiling had water damage. Fire alarm was falling off the ceiling. None of the equipment in the gym worked.

Exceptional

The room smelled dirty and restroom/shower were very questionable. If it wasn’t so dang late I would have taking the loss and paid for another room elsewhere. They definitely need to step up on their cleaning and invest in some new bedding and towels.

I had to search for someone to get salt and pepper out. I found her in the laundry where she was spraying spots on dirty sheets. She followed me into the breakfast area without washing her hands and went to the drawer, then picked out two bowls and put them on the counter and went back to the laundry. Very poor hygiene! The staff was welcoming, went first arriving. See above! The room smelled of floor soaked urine from the pets that must’ve been there or somebody died in there as I laid in bed. I saw like a bloody splotch or something under on the wall underneath a picture and you couldn’t even move in the bathroom way too small, but the worst was the smell. It was disgusting.

Everyone is very nice and accommodating. Very clean and safe.

Exceptional

Musty floor felt wet and sheets felt damp. Had to have them fix shower curtain rod ready to come down. They fixed right away.

Location only The beds looked like someone slept in them and we struggled to get a TV remote as there was none in the room.

Sparse offerings. Not much there. Very sparse. Warm flat egg things and pork sausage.

Bathroom door did not close. Several outlets did not work. Chair in corner was broken. Property was clean.

The pool Some of the staff here is rude.

The location The room was so small. Very outdated and I found hair in the tub that was not mine. The breakfast was the same every day and the coffee machine was broke.
