Power outlets didn't work,chair in room was broken,the breakfast was subpar.will never stay there again...!!!

This place was very Ok… that’s it, just ok. Kind of expensive for the shape the place is in.

Remote to tv was broke. no replacement available. Beds were comfortable. Air-conditioner barely blew cold air.

The location was nice and the hotel appeared to be a nice place from the outside. The bedding was dirty, the towels were dirty or stained. One of the comforters had permanent marker marks on the underside. The whole room just felt dirty when the towels and bedding don’t appear clean. I’d the rooms are that dirty or show to be unclean, who would want to try their breakfast. It was a very disappointing stay.

The lady who owns the place vacuum by 9am. Asked her not to. Snapping back at me saying she can after 8am. Looked me out of my room thinking she's funny. Whirlpool sqeekes son loud you can't use it. Only between 8am - 10pm She has to unlock it. Your treated like unwanted guest in there house There whole family are the rooms around you I even said Disabled Veteran put me way away from people. I need sleep & whirlpool. CALL ICE

Good location and good value. It was an older hotel that needed updating. Our room had an unusual odor. The breakfast was below average, even for this class.of hotel. The "hot" food always cold and wasn't refilled, so what little was left was cold and rubbery.

To start, the staff are nice and helpful and that's the only positive thing I have to say. The pool water was very cloudy and the hot tub had so much lime-scale on it, the jets needed to be cleaned and didn't function properly at all and we also found a cigarette butt underneath the handicap chair next to the hot tub. Ew. On to the room. My friend and I chose a room with 2 queen sized beds. We stayed in room 122. The room didn't smell good, or clean like freshly washed linens. We each checked over our beds and the mattresses were VERY stained, the down comforter on my bed had stains everywhere and so did the fitted sheet. The lamp shade on my side also had weird stains. The shower was awful, the bottom faucet never stopped which made the water pressure for the shower head little to nothing. The bottom of the shower curtain had literal mold on it. The bathroom door drug across the tile floor, making it hard to open and shut. The sink water got way too hot, well over 115° and the hair dryer handle got so hot that my friend could hardly turn it off. The fridge started off barely cold and by the end of our stay everything was frozen. I wouldn't recommend staying here to my dog. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend.

Ac unit worked perfectly, overall a nice room. Um there was a couple of things, nothing big but I don’t wanna knock anything

Very poor cleanliness.

I did not use the pool, but it did look clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was clean and the food was very good. The breakfast hours gave time to sleep in. I booked with hotels.com. I paid for a king but ended up with a queen. I did get a reimbursement

The employee offered to give us a free night some other time. I’ll lever go back to this hotel. It’s full of rude people that obviously live there. Pathetic. We had such a great experience the first time we stayed here. This last time was so disappointing. Go anywhere else. The hot tub in our room was amazing, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.

The floors were disgusting...I had to wash them myself in order to stay there. The front desk receptionist had terrible English. I am amazed they could charge $280 per night for this place.

Our room had several problems: hair dryer didn't work, bathroom door was misaligned so difficult to open/close, drain in tub/shower was clogged, electrical outlets on bedside didn't work. The hot tub water was visibly dirty with particles looking like skin, pool water very cloudy. Only positive was employee let me use her own personal hairdryer on the weekend....

Had a good stay.

Entrance was clean, friendly staff Some issues with the fan in bathroom, didnt work, the plug in port on lamp didnt work. None of these would not make me not stay here again.

Key only worked once and had to get a new one.

Didn't use the pool or hot tub! Breakfast was just ok. The whole place needs updating!
