Clean room, excellent staff
-
This was a great hotel for what we needed. Close to a lot of things, large rooms for our big family, and a pool for the kids. There was a mix up with our keys, but the staff was very quick and helpful in getting it taken care of. Something I will keep in mind if we ever return is that the rooms on the back side of the hotel back up to where garbage is collected early in the morning and a street with loud dogs. Nothing that the hotel can do anything to change, but good to keep in mind.

A good value. The rooms were fine—nothing fancy but very clean and well equipped. The staff was the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel—and I’ve stayed in lots of hotels. Very convenient to I-40 with restaurants and restaurants close.

Our stay at this property was great. The breakfast was excellent. I would have like to have been able to access the fitness center earlier in the morning, but other than that the hotel was excellent. Would stay here again.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel in Kingman, AZ. The only drawback was due to a water main break that the city was trying to fix, the water service was on and off throughout our overnight stay, and went out completely the morning of our departure. Again, none of this is the hotel's fault, but it did affect the overall stay.

Fantastic

Everything about this place checked off all of our needs and preferences. Clean comfortable bed, soft linens, amazingly well done renovation on the bathroom. Delicious fresh breakfast buffet. Looking forward to staying again.

The staff were fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, they did a wonderful job!

Great speedy check-in, very friendly staff. Clean and well-maintained room, but feels dated. Beds were comfortable enough. Keurig-style pod coffeemaker in room. Hot tub was quite warm with good jets, pool was clean and unheated but not too cold to swim (in July). Breakfast was well-done with an attendant constantly checking and refilling items. Only complaint was both soda vending machines were out of order. Overall, a good stay and I would return.

Really good place to stay this was my third time

Nothing to report! Everything was great. All the amenities as promised, clean, comfy bed, working AC, you name it. Would stay again.

On the positive side, the property is clean, the room was clean, and the property feels safe overall. The breakfast options are good, the fresh fruit is great, but I don't like the powdered eggs much. Two things I would upgrade immediately: 1) some firm pillows 2) wider parking spaces.

The property is an older motel-style layout, with exterior room entrances surrounding a parking lot and an uncovered outdoor pool. My "suite" was essentially a standard room with a chair, end table, and desk added. While the room and bathroom were clean, neither felt particularly updated or upscale in terms of furnishings, décor, or amenities. I had heard positive comments about the breakfast, so I made a point to get there early. The offerings were disappointing. The hot items consisted of runny scrambled eggs, a limited selection of sausage patties and links, a container of extremely thick gravy with only a few bits of sausage, and a small number of biscuits. Other options included yogurt, hot oatmeal, cereal, apples, and watermelon. There was also a waffle station, though the available toppings were limited. Overall, I found the experience underwhelming, especially given the higher room rate compared to other hotels in the area. In hindsight, I would have preferred to save the additional $30–40 per night and use that money toward a quality breakfast elsewhere—and still come out ahead. This may be a good option for a large family looking for extra space and a complimentary breakfast, but as a solo business traveler, I think there are numerous comparable or less expensive alternatives. Next time I do one of those.

Clean room, friendly staff. Pleasant stay.

The room smelled like cigarettes but staff was good about it. We would have been changed to another room but they were sold out. Staff gave us their only can of air freshener and it was a disinfectant too. It was much better after spraying. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything here felt great. It was peaceful, clean, and calm. A perfect spot to rest during a busy trip. It is also worth mentioning the good breakfast and the EV charging station.
