Although an older property, still very pleasant and fun to enjoy all the nostalgic visuals. Chelsea, at the front desk reception, was outstanding. She was attentive, thoughtful to my room needs, and helped in my requests. A solid 8 out of 10 in rating. Breakfast took care of the basics, eggs, sausage, mild coffee, waffles, toast and fruit juices. Again, took care of the basics.

However, unfortunately, the thing that stood out the most to me was the green pool. I checked in that was not mentioned to me at all. Sadly, I would’ve stayed somewhere else because of the heat. I really was looking forward to spending some time in the pool. There was a maintenance guy they’re putting chemicals into the pool trying to get it back to normal but it was gonna be over 24 hours if not more to get the pool open again and we were only staying there for that day and night. We were getting up to next morning to head to Albuquerque. I was extremely disappointed with this Ramada considering I had such a great experience at the Wyndham hotel in Utah. Again, all the Merrill’s are really, really cool, but the fact that the pool was not available nor was it made unavailable to meet a check-in. I left with the pretty sore feeling in my mouth about that hotel in particular. There is a cool restaurant/bar that I did have dinner that night and got to watch a dodger game and other things on the multiple TVs. I ate a hamburger. I don’t remember if they were regular french fries or sweet potato which kind of rings about. But I do know the hamburger was absolutely delicious. My son wanted wings so I ordered them to go and he said those were really good as well.

Fun Route 66 vibe. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Shakira is a gem.

We did like the shades they had on the windows and we liked the pool. The check in person was nice.

they need at least three waffle makers given the number of guests that showed up for breakfast. there was a line out the door waiting to make waffles

As soon as we walked into the room we could tell how dirty it was. The comforter and bedding was so dirty and stained which made us realize they had not even changed them. They just made up the bed with the previous bedding. Then it took forever to get new bedding. Also the towels were all stained and very dingy! The house keeper was nice though. The smell of weed was SO strong outside. The walls are so thin and people were so loud outside the room. It did not feel like a safe area! It’s very old and outdated. As soon as we arrived we were told the pool was not available… we were not told before hand which would have been nice.

Drove all day waiting to take a swim only to get to the hotel and the water was so green. We made reservations same day so the pool should’ve been noted was closed. The room key machine was not working either so they had to physically let us in the room. We weren’t offered a discount or anything to compensate for that but they made sure to charge me extra for my dog. The only thing nice about the property was the bed. The bed was very comfortable.

The outlet by the sink was sketchy. The blow dryer was the type that mount to the wall but they had the whole thing inside a bag. Pretty sure they could afford a new blow dryer.

Rooms are very dirty and old

The room was clean and staff was friendly! Just a little older.

The beds were really soft. The pillows were amazing. The beds were clean and well maintained. We traveled four hours in extreme heat when we got there the pool was closed. We went to the city pool and spent time there. It’s really disappointing to not be able to swim in a pool that is advertised. The tub drained really slow that had good water pressure.
