To much noise from the pool pump!!!!!

Room was clean but do need detail to cleaness... walls and corners dirty Toilet was running all night I advised the front desk of the problem And no sausage at the breakfast buffet a little sad But would still come back again

Reserved the 1st floor because my girlfriend has a broken leg. No 1st floor rooms were available when we checked in. Otherwise the room was fine.

Older hotel with lots of funky murals throughout. Nice courtyard to sit and relax. Adequate continental breakfast. Would stay again

There was no bath soap. Was told soap wouldn’t be restocked until Monday. Shower drain was slow. A/C unit not running correctly. It would only run if it was turned to 69° or below. Saturday, Day 2: Maintenance said a/c was fine. It was not. Shower drain still slow. Sunday - 6:48 am the landscaper started to trim overgrown bushes with electric cutters and talking loudly. Woke us up.

No ice bucket, no hand soap could see outside under door ask for ice bucket and hand soap via text that was sent to me no reply but following morning text wanted to know when I was checking out they can send text but not read them

The floors and floorboards needed attention for the same issue. The toilet seat was very loose. The staff was very pleasant through it all and compensated us for our trouble.

A/C didn’t work at all. No ice available, and the TV had to be unplugged n reprogrammed every time we shut it off. We liked the decorative murals on the building emulating old times and route 66.

The outside of the building is awesome, all kinds of people and movies painted all over the building. The rooms were very clean. You couldn’t hear gladly anything outside of the rooms. I’d gladly stay here again!

Run down. Door handle and shower diverter broken. Hair dryer involves whole plug in wall unit. Breakfast substandard.

The only things good about this hotel were the bed and the kind staff. It is run down, pool was green and cloudy, a clear sign chemicals are not properly managed, the gym was a joke and nearly all equipment was broken and unsafe. The security lock on my door was broken and did not work. I definitely wish I would have stayed somewhere else.

The tray in the microwave was not the right one, so it did not spin when we cooked food. The door is not opening well.

There was an incorrect tray in the microwave, so it did not spin when we were using it. Also, i had some difficulty opening the door.
