Good price vis-a-vis other area motels. Safe parking lot. Good location.

The room was filthy. Dirty Finger prints on inside of door. Splatters of some sort on ceiling. Food splatter on walls next to trash can . Tub had dirty soap scum and mold . Bathroom walls had mildew. Smoke free room smelled like smoke. Floors were dirty Whole room needed cleaning and repainting

The room had about 10 flies in it when we walked in. The bed had stains bigger than grapefruits there was hair in the bathroom all over. You can’t control the temperature, it’s controlled by the office. It’s filthy and leaves A LOT to be desired. Would never stay there again. Would keep driving if passing through and find something different. Honestly should’ve asked for my money back as it was that terrible and disappointing!!

I was stranded in Kingman on a bus trip. After a moment of panic I knew I would be ok if I could fine a motel 6. I was so happy when I found it was near the bus stop, and the next day happier still that a convenience store, grocery store, and coffe shop were all near by. I appreciated that the staff was friendly but not intrusive. I was just a little sad that the facility appeared to be quite old and hoped it would be there for other stranded passengers for a lonf time to come.

I found hair and bugs, smells like pee, no shampoo or coffee or fridge

Rooms were modern looking and clean. No complaints. Thermostat was covered, and we were advised to call the front desk if the room wasn't comfortable. The room was comfortable.

The Wi-Fi did not work properly. When I checked out early the next morning and mentioned the aircon leak to the desk clerk, she was aware of it as it happens each night. Ho can the owner allow a broken room to be rented every day? That is the last stay for us at the Motel 6 on Andy Devine Blvd in Kingman, AZ.

This place served its purpose only We only needed a bed to sleep till we got back on the road in the morning That's all I could say about this property.

The parking lot and the sidewalk had alot of trash.

Very convenient to Interstate 40. Shopping just across the street.

This is a bit dated but the bed was clean and comfortable. TV functional, but ice machine broken. Shower hot water makes terrible noise. The rooms on the front side had road noise and several trains. May be quieter in the back. A/C is controlled by the office but you can control the fan. Office is a little hard to find, staff is very nice.
