Super 8 by Wyndham Kingman

Place was a mess while being remodeled. Should be closed in the interim but they stay open and withhold it from the property description. Breakfast is just a couple of things that you have to take back to your room. Front desk refused to respond to inquiries from Hotels.com regarding reservation. Lots of properties on that street; stay away from this one.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing

No breakfast available, other than a bowl of cereal. Staff blamed this on renovations but how difficult is it to provide something as simple as a box of doughnuts or muffins. Site should make it clear that there is no breakfast, numerous other hotels are available to choose from that provide breakfast

Beds were comfortable and shower was hot Both of the upper floors smelled of roasted marshmallows (or burning wire insulation). Key card to the room took many tries to get it to work the first time and never worked again. Stood outside my room for 5 minutes swiping the key card before having to call my brother who was asleep inside to let me in the room.

Building os old and under construction. Room was a mess. A/C barely worked, shower head wasnt attached to the wall. Do Not Stay Here

I wish there was more breakfast options

I went to get on the elevator with my dog, and he stopped me and started questioning me as if I wasn't a guest there. Where are you going? I said up to my room. What's your room number? He made me feel horrible, like I was doing something wrong. That is not a great way to treat paying customers....

Good location

To say the least we were disappointed after a 13hr drive

Stayed here two bight first night we had a room that was Cleary smoked in still had ashes in the window seal. The second night was cleaner butstill had hair in the tub.

it had a bed. that's about it. This property bas not been well maintained. There was a fist-hole punch through the bathroom door. I requested ground floor room and was given 3rd floor. Staff spoke English but didn't understand English well. The entrance closest to my room was broken, it took 25 minutes to fill the bathtub bc pressure was at a trickle. The bed was old and there was virtually no breakfast. All in all a ghetto experience.

It was hot. The AC took a long time for the room to freshen up. As I was showering I saw a bug in the shower. The card reader took a long time to read the card.

The soap was ungodly, smelled like embalming fluid -1/2 point. The Champion breakfast wasn’t -1/4 point. The night table lamp outlets didn’t work -1/4. The desk lamp on the table (desk) was gross. Absolutely disgusting from years of dirty hands -1/2. The poor attention to detail around the bathroom molding and the dirty shower curtain -1/2. Last, look up cable management in the dictionary. These people have no understanding of cable management -1/4. Overall, it looks like they have tried in some areas, The staff was polite, But my wife asked that never stay there again. Wyndham properties are more miss than hit. Hopefully management can address the little things and make it a bit more enjoyable.
