Tv and lights didn’t work, carpet was soaked. No trash can in rooms

There was nothing to like. I've seen crack houses that were cleaner. You could not pay me to stay there for any amount of time. The walls and floors looked to have never been cleaned. Bed bugs and cockroaches, I don't understand how it's not illegal to allow someone to charge people to stay in those kind of conditions. I'm scared to death me or my child have caught a disease just from walking into the room!!!!! Camp under a bridge, it will be cleaner and safer than here.

Don't go there. If you are looking to be comfortable not itching and scratching. Among other this stay away from this chicken coop.

Awful and disgusting and they charge you for rooms with two beds and give you one.There's cockroaches in the rooms.They don't clean the bathrooms.And the floor soaks every time you turn the air conditioner on

The room was disgusting and I paid for a room with 2 double beds for 2 nights and I got a room with one double bed and the floor soaked the whole carpet every time you turned the air conditioning on. So my son, who had to sleep on the floor because he didn't get a bed, got soaked by their air conditioner. And then we found cockroaches all over the room live and dead, also moved our end stand and found a whole pile of cigarette butts. There's holes in the walls. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. My boyfriend had to scrub the tub for me to shower. It was so disgusting even for $50 a night. It's not worth it. They should be charging a $100 for a month. Stay here. It's so disgusting and they're charging people for rooms and they don't have extra bedding. They don't have towels. They have nothing for you. And then they'll charge you for a room with 2 beds and only give you a room with one and say, that's all they have available. When we took a walk around the property and saw an empty room with 2 double beds, which was actually the room. I paid for and I got stuck in an old c***** room that had one bed. That was in the process of being redone, it looked like, and then they just stopped and threw a bed in there and put us in that room, there was no pictures on the wall.Just holes and smoke stains, where everything used to be.It was awful and you get no stove and kitchen sink like you see in the pictures.

The front desk employee was kind and welcoming. The lobby felt like an older motel undergoing renovations, but several oddly worded signs throughout the property immediately raised concerns. When I reached the building where my room was located, it was clear many residents were living there long-term. There were clothes hanging from balconies, groups smoking outside, and broken-down vehicles around the property. While that alone is not a problem, it did not match the impression given by the online photos. The room itself was in very poor condition. The carpet was heavily stained, the walls showed discoloration, and the bedding contained stains and hair. Despite being designated non-smoking, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had a musty odor that made me wonder if mold was present. Overall, it felt unclean and neglected. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there and was concerned about cleanliness issues such as bed bugs. I immediately booked a room elsewhere, fully expecting not to receive a refund. The only reason I’m giving this place one star instead of zero is because the front desk employee was courteous and professional. As I was leaving, a police car was pulling into the property, which did little to improve my impression. The photos online do not accurately represent this place

Sheet wasn’t clean, had to get new ones. Ceiling was leaking and got the bed wet had got woken up by it at 4 am and they wouldn’t change the room . Just gave me a bucket and towels for the leak

They wanted a 50$ deposit that's not advertised on the website when I was getting the room.

When I asked for towels, sea said she really doesn't give out towels. And that's when I told her, well, I never got no towels or paper toilet. I guess that's a lot of drug activity. And drug addicts there they don't seem like they trust their clients. The second night that I was staying there at 3 in the morning. The police was flashing the flashlight through the window. Scare the hell out of me. I guess they were looking for someone . But it was disgusting and a lot of roaches A lot of roaches

I ended up not staying at this property. It's literally falling apart, poorly lit. Strangely empty. It was like something out of a bad post-apocalypse movie. Staff lady was nice tho.

It was nothing like the pictures. Cigarette burns in the covers. Counter top pulling off. Trim falling off. Bathroom barely clean. I wasn't expecting the Ritz but it should at least look like the pictures.
