It was located close to my family It needed to be cleaned better , the condensation was horrible there , the bathroom fan needs to be fixed , the floors under the vanity also needs to be completed

Was not able to complete my reservation because I did not live far enough away. Smh. Still have not received my refund and its been almost a month

This is a nice hotel for a good value. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful including hot items. Everything was clean and tidy at all times. My only disappointment was the jacuzzi was not usable, and I was looking forward to a relaxing soak. But the pool was nice. I would stay here again.

Most excellent stay, will go out of my way 15 miles to stay here next trip. The breakfast is a real buffet of scrambled eggs, sausage, and the best biscuits and gravy. Plus the usual waffles and all the other goodies. The breakfast staff keeps the lobby spotless clean, wiped down tables and fresh everything. Staff is absolutely pleasant and helpful. The pool was clean and well cared for. Grounds are well maintained.

You get what you pay for. I just needed a place to sleep after 3 nights of concerts. It served the purpose. Rooms could use some updating and general maintenance.

Clean the room. Floors need to be swept and mopped. There was a spider I killed this morning, so pest control is a priority. The door gaskets need to be replaced on many of the rooms and that will help with the bugs. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly, which is part of the reason I have been staying here for about 3 mths for work.

Room is clean and all property around and outside. I do believe that bathroom can get a better cleaning, tub and behind the door. Food its good, i would love to see next time regular oatmeal, that we can eat with milk and cinnamon. Staff very courteous and helpful.air conditioning working properly. I would like to see next time extra blankets, pillows and towels. I would stay here again if i need to.

The hotel is located in a great area near major roadways, and is pearched on a hill surrounded by mountains. When you first arrive, you are greated by a tranquil, charming waterfall pond. The staff is very friendly, and someone is always on duty. The rooms are clean, quiet and the AC chills the room rather quickly. The room TV's are nice and some rooms come with a fridge and a microwave. They also have a beautiful pool locarwd in the center of the courtyard facing all the in bound rooms. I've stayed there twice and would highly recommend them as you get a lot of "bang for the buck". This will be where I stay exclusively next time I'm in the same area.
