Econo Lodge Kingsport East

I had to get an air freshener to mask the cigarette smell. The entry door was sprung at the bottom with a large gap. Also killed a big black spider in the bathroom. They would have been better off not offering breakfast. They had 2 types of cereal, honey buns and sunny d for juice. You get what you paid for but I wont go back there.

Property was in a good location for our trip It was not very clean

There roaches and other bugs in the room, the floors were dirty and the toilet holder was barely hanging on the wall.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

I was so thankful they allowed locals to stay at their hotel. They were super friendly and accommodating our entire stay.

Nothing Nothing about it was clean. Hair left in tub. Floors were dirty. Walls had crayon on them, dirt. Do not recommend this hotel.

Light coming in around door and door loose. Bed and bedding noisy and insufficient cover. Limited amenities

We were very disappointed in our stay. Should have seen the re flags at check in when the office smelled of pot as you walked in. The room wasn't very clean. Even though we had a smoking room, there were cig. butts on the floor and behind the beds. We noticed a few roaches and stink bugs in the room and when we mentioned it to the lady at the desk she stated "That's nature". I know that this is not somewhere we will ever stay again.

Location and staff. They were very accomidating and allowed me to park where I could charge my boat batteries with an extension cord.

Stayed here recently. The room was semi-clean and could use a little more attention to detail. Parking is pretty limited, which made things a bit inconvenient. TV needs to be replaced. That said, the staff was great—very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. 🙂

The mattresses were comfortable. Check in was easy. I liked the option of a 3 queen bed room with a pull out couch for a larger family. The room was updated. It was right off of 81 which was convenient. The room was very unclean. I did not feel comfortable touching much or taking my shoes off. We were simply crashing for the night so it wasn't the end of the world. The sheets were not used and were clean though there was some staining in spots, probably because they were microfiber which just doesn't feel as clean and doesn't clean as well and dirt often clings to those sheets.

The shower hardly dispersed any water, aside from all over the wall/floor. Doorknobs weren’t fixed/properly installed on doors- Do not stay here, and especially don’t use your reward points to stay here. They are adamant about their NO REFUND Policy
