The staff didn't speak good English it was hard to understand them. The pool wasn't open.

We’ve stayed here many times yours ago but have never been so disappointed. The linens were old. Breakfast was not setup 1/2 hour after it was suppose to be. No coffee, fruit, eggs or yogurt. Staff was scarce.

Good stay, Cracker Barrel within walking distance.

Not what I was expecting from a LaQuinta. Property was in terrible condition, debris everywhere, numerous stained ceiling tiles, curtains off track and stained. Got to my room and pulled back sheets to find long hair (not mine). Asked for another room and went in to find stained sinks and tub area and more hair in sink. Hallway filthy and doors scratched. Just awful. Couldn’t stay here. Just dirty

The bathtub was very dirty! The tub was obviously stained and was never scrubbed. Black mold on the fixtures in the bathroom. The bed was sitting on a metal base that clunked with every move. The towels and wash clothes smelled bad also. Was not impressed.

2 days in a row came back from working in the afternoon could not take a shower water wasn’t working the beds are very uncomfortable breakfast was ok nothing special front desk just seemed like oh well water not working should have said something that next morning I would have found a different hotel

The hotel could definitely use some updating.

Everything was pretty decent.

I stayed here be cause the last La Quinta was fantastic which was on the other side of Tennessee and I stayed there less than a week before. The tub was stained on the bottom. I reserved an executive suite but it did not seem I got an executive. The internet was a bit difficult to connect to and was not very strong. There are some other issues but I would not stay here again. Pros is the bed was comfortable.

Seemed like an old hotel that needs some upgrading

I have never stayed here before but it is close to the airport so I thought it would be very nice. It was not. First, it smelled. The lobby, the elevator, the hallways, and the room all had a body order smell--very musky. When the elevator doors closed, I thought I was going to throw up from the smell. The room was not clean. The corners of the room literally had dirt. The bathroom tub was not clean and long dark hair was clogging the drain. Even the walls and light covers were dirty. Not only were the walls dirty, but there was also work done and covered up by cracking stucko that was not even the same color as the wall. Random caulk lined the bath tub and sink. The light covers were so dim and dirty, the room would not light up. Basically the hotel owners have done the VERY bare minimum to make the hotel functional. I will absolutely never stay there again and warn all my friends. I grew up in Kingsport and was in two to visit family. The standards for a hotel in Kingsport have literally fallen off the map. Do not stay here. The ONLY positive was the front desk girl saw that my online reservation was an incorrect room and she changed it at no cost. She was good at her job.

Convenient location for going to a local establishment for live music that always is a really good time. Last minute booking with just a couple of rooms left to book.
-
Basic accommodations, but not bad.
-
They had two king bed suite but when I got my room there was only one king bed . False advertisement saying they have certain rooms but don't. Fix you advertisement and stop over charging for things you don't have never again I tell you. Lost my service and I buy hotels all the time.
-
Entire facility is dirty, water damaged and out dated. Hot water issues, dirty pool, minimal breakfast offerings, front desk left unattended aside from a phone number that when called was the phone at the front desk.

The ac was not great…it was super loud and cut on and off
-
unfriendly staff. Front staff was sleeping whilst on duty. Very Very dirty place. Needs major upgrade and manners to staff.

I think I should be reimbursed my $40 extra. I had to pay reimbursed.

Some of the issues we experienced included: The parking lot was very small and not very handicap accessible. There was a leak in the elevator that remained the entire weekend without being addressed. There were no wet floor signs or any warning for guests, which created a safety concern. I understand this is a pet-friendly hotel, and I have no issue with that. I even own two trained, licensed service dogs myself (although they did not travel with me). However, something in our room—whether fleas, bed bugs, or another biting insect—left both my son and me covered in bites throughout our stay. It became so bad that I had to purchase bug spray from a local store just so we could try to sleep. I reported the issue to management multiple times, but nothing was done. There was no room change, no inspection while we were there, no apology beyond acknowledging my complaint, and no offer of a discount or compensation. The toilet leaked. The bathtub and shower also leaked. The room was much smaller than expected. The bed was so close to the desk that when someone was sitting in the chair, there was almost no room for another person to walk by without climbing onto the bed. I do
