unfriendly staff. Front staff was sleeping whilst on duty. Very Very dirty place. Needs major upgrade and manners to staff.

I think I should be reimbursed my $40 extra. I had to pay reimbursed.

Ac was nice and cool. The pool was dirty and we could hear everything in our room.

El personal muy amable , las instalaciones están limpias

Some of the issues we experienced included: The parking lot was very small and not very handicap accessible. There was a leak in the elevator that remained the entire weekend without being addressed. There were no wet floor signs or any warning for guests, which created a safety concern. I understand this is a pet-friendly hotel, and I have no issue with that. I even own two trained, licensed service dogs myself (although they did not travel with me). However, something in our room—whether fleas, bed bugs, or another biting insect—left both my son and me covered in bites throughout our stay. It became so bad that I had to purchase bug spray from a local store just so we could try to sleep. I reported the issue to management multiple times, but nothing was done. There was no room change, no inspection while we were there, no apology beyond acknowledging my complaint, and no offer of a discount or compensation. The toilet leaked. The bathtub and shower also leaked. The room was much smaller than expected. The bed was so close to the desk that when someone was sitting in the chair, there was almost no room for another person to walk by without climbing onto the bed. I do

We've stayed here multiple times before, but I hate to say this place has gone down hill. We chose this hotel over another because it had a pool, but the water was so murky you couldn't even see the bottom step. There was a nice gazebo/sitting area outside but it was not maintained so day one we had to clean the table ourselves to play cards on it and day two it had other (inconsiderate) people's trash on it. Our bathroom wall had a big patch where something leaked and the tub floor was badly stained. The bed was on some sort of metal base that creaked everytime you moved (noisy). We couldn't use the room coffee maker because the little tray you put the coffee filter in was missing. My had to go from the 4ht floor to the lobby to get coffee and when she told the staff our coffee maker was missing the tray they never apologized or offered to get us the missing piece. The attendant at breakfast was slow to restock food items (told and adult "We're out." and a couple kids "Wait a minute.") and he emptied the overflowing trash can with no gloves and then handled the refrigerator door and milk pitcher (and who knows what else). Disappointing stay at what used to be a decent budget hotel.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. The breakfast was slim pickins. Took a couple minutes to get hot water.

Location is right off the highway Very outdated room, no side table next to bed,

The location of the hotel is great, cos it's right off the 40. There's not much around, but this is the kind of hotel you stay in for a quick overnight. The staff is friendly and the property is clean and comfortable. The ice machine could have been more esaily available and there could be a bit more variety in the offered breakfast. That said, it was filling.

The bathroom was dirty and the place is rundown

There were stains in the sheets and the tub wouldn’t drain. When moved to another room had the same problems.

The pool was green and so murky that my daughter nearly lost a pool toy that she dropped to the bottom. The entire place was in a state of disrepair. You open the gate to the pool by pulling hard, since the latch is broken. The bathtub shifted like the floor below it was rotted out when I was in the shower. The breakfast consisted of some scrambled eggs in water, some rock-hard biscuits, and the thinnest gravy I've ever seen. There was no coffee. The guy at the front desk said they were out and seemed to not care too much about it. The place was dirty. The trash can in our room hadn't even been emptied before we got to the room. There were rusting shipping containers in the parking lot. Almost anything that could be wrong with a hotel was wrong with this hotel. I'm surprised Wyndham allows this place to be associated with their brand. I'll definitely have second thoughts before staying in one of their hotels again.

The closeness to what we were doing for the weekend. It was a little dated. It could really use a deep clean.
-
It was very reasonable priced the bed was comfy and it was quiet.
-
Great proximity to Hwy 81 for easy access and next to Cracker Barrel. I have stayed here multiple times for an annual trip to Bristol Motor Speedway. The quality of the facility has declined significantly over the past few years. The quality and availability of breakfast items was the most disappointing this visit. It doesn't seem like routine maintenance of the building is even happening. I have decided to book elsewhere next time.

Air conditioning It was the bare minimum. Nothing was over the top.
-
Just not quite up to La Quinta standards.
-
Breakfast was pretty much nonexistent. Not much to choose from. A better selection and more of it.
