When arrived the front desk person and another employee were talking to each other about other guests and other things but not helping us check in. We waited approximately 15-20 minutes to get checked in. The room was clean but in disrepair. After looking at the other reviews I feel they were either paid for or fake. Would not stay there again.

The bed linens were enviable. As well as the pillows. Best shower ever.

Room was clean and the breakfast was simple but good.

Staff was excellent and friendly. TVs were difficult to use. Relatively clean room and easy parking

The breakfast was lovely. The orange juice tasted fresh-squeezed. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Very quiet area. Great for a comfortable sleep while on a road trip across several states. Convenient restaurants very close by.

Quite and clean

My check in was terrible. She said my card was declined. I showed her my paid receipt. Then she re ran my card again and said declined again. I showed her my bank statement where there was now 2 payments out of my account. She was argumentable . Said it was the storm. The I got upset. I asked for my money back and I would stay somewhere else. She said she couldnt. I Feel the correct procedure was to give me the room since I had 2 kinds of proof and work it out later. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS MOTEL BRFORE. I was coming back in 2 weeks for a swim meet. An unhappy experience. The lady just needs more training in customer service.

First of all we asked for housekeeping to clean our room and they never did and we stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast room only had a few tables and everyone had to stand to eat their food. The food was very disgusting, it was way over cooked and tasted awful. We told management that I fell off of the toilet because it was not attached to the floor. They suggested that I go to the hospital to get checked out. They said that they were not going to repair the toilet and said that we could not change rooms to get a safer toilet. THAT IS A MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD !! I’m thinking about contacting a lawyer. I will never stay at that hotel ever again. The noise in the hallway kept us awake all night and management did nothing about it, they didn’t care. The whole management team only cares about getting your money and nothing else. The vending machine shows bottles of soda for $2 but when you push the button a can of soda comes out, that is not what I paid for. A very poor excuse for a hotel. The toilet and shower are in a separate room with a pocket door but the door would not shut, again management didn’t care.

First floor rooms are horrible smelling like animal feces/urine. Second floor was better but not the best at all! We have stayed here before and it was pretty good however this trip it went downhill drastically. The breakfast went downhill as well.

Friendly staff, great deal

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. We had a king size bed and it was not very comfortable at all. The breakfast was good, however, there wasn't much fruit to choose from. They served biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage. Waffle maker and apples. Cereal for the kiddos and small cups of yogurt.

A/C worked good. The breakfast was microwaved eggs,bacon and biscuits. Gravy was in a crockpot water thin. Bathroom fan was falling out of the ceiling and the light was flashing constantly. Room wasn't cleaned day two. Had to call for towels. Ice machine out of order.

Room was nice enjoyed everything
