We were hoping for a beautiful weekend to celebrate our sons college orientation and enjoy some quality accommodations but at nearly $300 a night plus taxes, this hotel just didn't cut it. We did alert the front desk (several times, and all were amazing) but the issues, unfortunately, weren't resolved while we were there. We checked out Saturday. Really just "Ok"

The room was perfect. The bar and wait staff were perfect. That was Travis and Amanda. The Hot tub was way to hot and the pol was way too cold.

Very nice clean comfortable room. We got in late, left early- so did not use amenities. Breakfast is not included. All luggage carts had flat wheels- which made winding on carpeted hallway to room very difficult. No staff available to help.

The staff were very kind. I could check in at any time after 4 PM and someone was there at the front desk.

The place could use some attention in the rooms. It is an older place but what the charge you to stay you would think that the place would be immaculate. It was cleaner this time compared to last time. The cleaners needs to spend time on mopping the floors!!!

I liked the area the resort was in. There wasn't a huge amount of traffic. It was quiet at night, even though it was close to the interstate. The bed was very hard. The wifi was not free. The complimentary water wasn't. It cost $5. There was no hand soap and the shower wash dispenser was empty. The pool was small and only had in indoor pool.

very clean and beatiful place staff was great and keeping things flowing and handling the amount of guests and celeberties for the smokey moutain fan fest would come back again

Beautiful place all around Only downside was that the AC didn't get cold enough. We like it at 65 to sleep and it just wouldnt get past 69 all night.

The floor was not swept or mopped and a dirty glass at the sink. The toilet was wet and smeared upon my arrival, late . I am a housekeeper myself so I cleaned the toilet and not complained. Also the refrigerator was dirty. Not clean room, will not stay again.
