The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Our one main issue involved the elevators. They were extremely slow because it appeared only one was working although we were assured they were both working. We ended up using the stairs because it was quicker. Other than that the experience was positive.

The WiFi cost. Ridiculous that someone who calls themselves a resort, charges for wifi. A bottled water in the room costs $5.00 if you drink it. Everything costs. We stayed at a Holiday Express the night before and were given two complimentary waters when we checked in. The bed was just ok. The hotel restaurant was super expensive and the food was ok.

Room was clean although the flat sheet on the bed had a huge stain so we took it off. Staff was very friendly at the front desk. Did not use the bar and breakfast was not included. Overall nice place to stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights for the Smokey Mountain Terror Convention. Really nice staff and decent rooms. The only thing that sucked was they had 2 elevators and only 1 was working all weekend. Wait times were really long, especially someone who is handicapped and can’t use the stairs. The parking was difficult for the event. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel with pretty good food and drinks at the bar/diner.

Beautiful hotel with Starbucks and a restaurant on site. Clean rooms and accomating and friendly staff. Added bonus that there is a golf course too. Not far from Johnson City.

Very nice place but the restaurant prices were quite high and the doors to the rooms "auto-slam" causing quite a racket which hindered a restful sleep.
