The hotel was completely out of soap for the shower. The room smelled like mildew and dog urine.

The staff was fantastic. The overall condition of the property inside was dirty and completely worn out! The outside condition of the property needed a lot of maintenance to fix broken fencing, trim tress and get rid of all the weeds.

Wish the pet-friendly rooms had no carpet. We had to change rooms twice due to the extreme pet smell.

The staff was nice. But…This hotel is extremely rundown. The landscape was all overgrown, as soon as you walk in it smells musty and of old cigarette smoke, the elevator needs a serious repair job on the floor and trim, the carpet in the hallways is really worn out. The bathroom was very dirty in our room, as well as the sheets and the comforter. Lots of hair every where. The room smelled musty and of old cigarette smoke as well. Again, the staff was very nice. I did not complain, because we were too tired from traveling. I would not stay there again. Especially not for $200/night. This was more in line with under $100/night.

The property is in desperate need of a deep clean and renovation! The carpet in the hall ways and rooms were torn up and the footing in the elevator was messed up. The room had a mildew smell. The staff seems so unhappy every time we interacted with them. The room was dirty! The beds both had hair on them and when we asked for clean blankets and sheets we were told that they didn’t have any that were clean! We ended up going to the store and buying out own blankets and sheets. This location seems to have a lot of bad reviews but nothing seems to be getting fixed.

It’s a good location: quiet and safe. But when you walk in the doors, you’re immediately smelling moth balls. The elevator worked fine but needing repairs to the floor. The carpet in the halls needs replacing. The lock on my door decided it didn’t want to work half the time. One time I counted swiping my key 31 times before it worked. The beds weren’t uncomfortable so that was good. I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast so I’m not sure how that was.

The microwave was coated in what appeared to be dried milk. The coffee maker was full of dust, The bedspread had holes in it. The sink had a small leak. Bathroom tiles were cracked and loose. Hot and cold water in the shower were piped in backwards. Honestly, i think if this hotel had a complete refurbishment then it would be fine. It just appears that noone cares to make the effort to do so. I don't hold the staff accountable for this, Honestly it appears that they might not be rewarded for caring, so why care.

The property abd rooms are very run down. Everything needs to be replaced from carpeting to fridges. The room was stained the moldings pulling away from the walll, the lock was broken in two....on top of that the layout is really cramped The vanity is separated from the toilet , and blocks the entry path and tbere is not enough room for two adults. Lastly the pillows were throw pillows. We got two each of these tiny square pillows. There were two bath towels. So one towel per adult, i ended up using a hand towel for my hair. When i asked for more pillows i was told they had none. There are no dog waste dusposal either...not normal.for hotels that accept pets. The outside is like wise in poor condition overun with weedy plants and ground cover. The property also hosts at least a couple ferral cats and a racoon. We wont be back.
