We had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Ulster Avenue. The property was well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spacious.

The property is at a very good location, near to the best restaurant Salamanders and coffee shop in Kemptville; the suites are very clean and have a very cosy interior design, with a nice tv are, kitchen and dining bar. Everything was right about Kemptville Suites; the mattress was too soft for my liking. Although I had a good night sleep in a quiet and well air conditioned room, I had a slight back-pain from the mattress - but I realize this is very personal as some people prefer soft mattresses!

Very nice stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Lake Katrine, NY. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. We loved the complementary soap, shampoo and other sundries. Very convenient! Shower was consistently hot. Grind your own coffee 24/7 was the best. Continental breakfast was not bad and free. Location is close (within 15 minutes) of most attractions. This hotel is a winner!

Front desk staff were excellent!! Room extremely clean and comfortable! Breakfast was excellent and attendant was so friendly! A little bummed the pool was not open, but would highly recommend the property!!

The room was clean and quiet. This was a quick overnight stay after a wedding. Gave 4 stars as mattress was not as comfortable. Price was high.

Thin walls & ceilings, makes for loud neighbors & disturbed sleep. Can’t understand why the bathroom doors are Fort Knox thick & heavy, but walls are hollow & both walls & ceilings are not terribly sound proof.

This property is centrally located near Kingston and just across the bridge to Rhinebeck. While overall it is well maintained, the bathroom could use an update. How about getting a better hairdryer? For the inflated price they charge (which in on par surprisingly with many of the other hotels in the area), they should be able to upgrade the hairdryers. Breakfast is included and starts your morning on the right foot. A good place to stay.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The girls at the front desk were very helpful, we enjoyed the hot breakfast. Rooms were cleaned, location was just perfect. We will definitely stay there again.
