Free parking, and the fact I could open the windows to get fresh air. The coffee in the morning was horrible, charred-black, undrinkable. Breakfast was pretty weak, just a yoghurt? No bananas at least? Come on.

Sink didn¿t drain , carpet dirty , floor dirty, I wiped it down with a wet towel and it was black from hallway and bathroom . There was a nail clipping on bathroom floor and hair in the middle of towel. You Can hear the highway in the room too .

I guess that they allowed dogs although I don't own one. Room was clean. Thats it. Inadequate snack bar at the front desk. It was almost barren. a couple of bags of chips, a candy bar. No breakfast items i.e. breakfast burritos. I went hungry because the neighboring hamburger restaurant closed at 3PM due to the heat.

Needs to be clear that breakfast is not in fact offered so that that data can be reflected in filter fields in search engines. Not accurate now. It is the hotel's responsibility to do this.

Location Terrible check-in room and card mix up created a hassle for me and another guest they wrote down qron floor and room number down I ended up bothering another guest

Location The hotel make false advertising on free breakfast. The hotel claimed due to COVID-19 they can¿t offer free breakfast. As I know some surrounding hotels were changing breakfast to bagged breakfast if COVID-19 is the concern.

The staff was prompt at meeting any need we had. They were also exceptionally friendly. Free breakfast was advertised and we planned on it, but when we arrived at the hotel, found out it was not being served due to Covid. They either need to change the online advertising, or at least offer a bagged breakfast option.

Advertised as serving breakfast but they didn’t. No room service, asked for more pillows had to go get them in the lobby. Then we were only allowed 2 which had a bad smell. No hair conditioner.

The front desk lady. No continental breakfast and I understand that the covid why they wouldn't, however other hotels they at least attempt something else. Example; bag breakfast

Front Desk Agent was very helpful and understanding. Everything was awesome.

I have a down allergy and the staff was very accommodating but unfortunately I was up for an hour at midnight changing rooms and gerting this resolved. Down pillows.

Staff amazing and whatever I needed they provided!! Snack Vending machine, I understand why.
