Extra charge for breakfast. No note pad and pen. TV no signal both days Charge for bottle of water after I paid over $500 for 2 days. Staff very pleasant!!! This will be going up on Yelp and my YouTube page

This is a great place to stay in Bellevue. It’s nice and quiet, while still being within walking distance to the mall and other activities.

Super helpful and friendly staff. The only minor problems were that the aircon fan was very loud, luckily the days were not hot for my stay, just turn it off to sleep, and they have no easy to use printing service. To print something, you need to email the docs to the staff and wait for them to print them.

I honestly do not understand how this is possible. Guests already lose several hours every day while rooms are being cleaned and prepared, but this time I lost almost eight hours of my stay. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing. I expected much better service and organization from the hotel.

Beautiful space and area.loved the hot tub area with outdoor seating
-
Everything was great with the hotel, the service and food choices mid to late morning for the breakfast was sub-par. The parking spaces on site are tight.
-
Parking was a real issue!! Sent off site and double charged

Great location, walked to dinner. Clean room.

This hotel was great! Very clean. Awesome bar. Amazing staff. We had a very good experience there. Thank you to the front desk for making our experience awesome! Big shout out to the bartender who made us a great margarita and a killer raspberry lemondrop!! We'll definitely be back next time we are in Bellevue. Thank you so much!! Well done!!

This is easily the worst Hilton hotel I've been in. It's a great hotel if you're fine with the bathroom essentially not having a door. A barn door on a bathroom means 0% of the noise actually stays in the bathroom. So if you and your partner enjoy flatulence, this is the hotel for you. The other big issue is that we could hear everything outside our room. We could hear every word from people speaking normally as they walked by our door and continued being able to hear them as they walked down the hallway. The cherry on top was finding out that the hotel parking lot is often full during Summer which meant I had to carry bags for a block to get to my car.

The hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent. Shaunda was extremely helpful and checked in with me throughout my stay to ensure everything was going well. However, I did have one issue with an employee, Angela, whose customer service fell short of professional expectations. Her interactions were discourteous and did not reflect the level of service I would expect from the hotel. -Tony

Nice to have a bar and restaurant at the hotel

The Hilton Garden Inn / Bellevue does not live up to what you would expect from a Hilton Hotel. Its location was the only thing it had going for it. As for the rest, you might as well be staying at a Motel 6. The breakfast isn’t complimentary. It’s $25 for the exact same mediocre breakfast you’d get for free at another hotel. The walls were thin (we could hear the conversations of the family next door) and the AC rattled all night. On top of that it was $40 for parking. I would not recommend. It was disappointing.

Very beautiful and clean. Cafe within walking distance.

Room was clean and blackout curtains are nice. There was some noise from hall/outdoors but it wasn’t as disappointing as staff. Could be that they are understaffed, but either way, disappointing experience.
-
The large lobby with seating and a great open space with plenty of seating that opens up to the bar. The pool was a little cold.

All OK!
