Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown, WA

The hotel ran out of soap. No soap for my 3 day stay. I asked 4 times after check in. No one even thought of going to Costco and getting soap. How does a hotel run out of soap unless it’s mismanaged? I sent a letter to the hotel staff. They said they would make it right. A month later all I got was an email saying what they would do but still no action.

The property was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed our stay there once we made it through check in. The issue there was that we checked in and given our room assignment and the key. We got our luggage and went to the room. When we opened the door and went in, someone else was already in the room! This was startling and very unsettling. Upon returning to the front desk to report this we were told that there had been an issue with the reservation system that day. They apologized but said there were no more rooms available of the type we had requested ( 2 queens). I said this was unacceptable. They apologized, said I would not be charged for the room and we’d have to find lodging at another hotel! It was 10:00 pm and this was extremely upsetting. I asked to speak to the manager. He was not there at that moment, so I waited. As I was waiting the desk person told me she had found a room like the one we had requested (2 queens) that we could have. I’m not sure where that came from, but I was grateful and I appreciated her making it work for me.

Very clean, its parking is not suited for taller vehicles. Clean room, helpful staff, nice restaurant.

The room was clean Everything even the waters in the room cost extra money, the staff was not helpful when asked questions about where things were, the parking garage was very expensive and hard to navigate, my husband got lost and the staff laughed at him and didn’t even help , not staying here again

The room was excellent and bed very comfortable and I loved the area a couple of consecutive I didn't like the fact that it didn't have airport shuttle there's no stores close no breakfast included which I asked for before booking wanted walking distance to Lumen Field wasn't close at all grocery store was a ways to walk staff was friendly just hated the fact of all the walking the bar opened at 4pm and was closed at 10pm on the weekends
