Upon arrival at airport, called property asking about a hotel shuttle. Was informed not available from airport, but when stay was complete, transportation is provided to airport. Upon checkout, was told that was incorrect; employee that made that statement is new. Asked to speak with manager, leaving my contact number and have yet to hear from them. No complimentary breakfast; cost is exorbitant. So at my expense, I, the consumer, am apparently responsible poor new employee training and lack of satisfactory customer service.

Great location. Easy freeway access, walkable to restaurants and entertainment, good bar. Found hair in the shower. Room was nice but the energy of the room it self was really cold.

I booked a two bed room. At 3pm the room was not ready. At 4pm the room still was not ready and staff couldnt give us an expected time. I flew in from TX for an event and needed to get ready. I had to get a king size bed. There were four of us and two had to sleep on the floor. I asked the hotel for a refund and they said I would need to get the refund from expedia. Terrible experience not getting a room with enough beds.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, delightfully comfortable beds. The parking was difficult. They sold more spots than were available. We had to park along the wall and could barely get out. If they could fix the parking problem it would have been a perfect stay.
