We were at the wrong hotel all weekend. We were supposed to get a refund. The never answer their phones and they lie!! It’s been almost two weeks and no refund like they “promised”

We booked the Hilton Garden in Bellevue and were pleasantly impressed by the excellent location. Great proximity to many restaurants and shopping. Self-parking was convenient but most stalls were tight.

Staff was good. Room was clean. Good location.

The rooms and overall property were clean, modern, and well maintained, which was probably the only highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. Most of the staff, with only a few exceptions, were unhelpful. When I called about the frequent Wi-Fi disruptions, my calls were disconnected more than once. To make matters worse, after returning from an outing, our room key cards had stopped working. We had to wait in line at the front desk for nearly 20 minutes, only to be told rather rudely that “the system is down” and there was nothing they could do. No apology, no empathy, and no attempt to make the situation better. The Wi-Fi was also down for well over 30 hours during our stay, which is unacceptable, especially for a business-class hotel. We also found a discarded thong underneath the desk in our room, which was honestly disgusting and raised concerns about the room’s cleanliness. The extra charges didn’t help either. Paying $40 per night for parking felt like a complete money grab, and the $25 breakfast was very underwhelming for the price. Tip for future guests: Don’t pay the hotel’s parking fee unless you have to. There are plenty of free street parking spots and much cheaper private parking options nearby, so it’s worth checking those out before handing over $40 a night. Overall, this hotel falls short compared to many of the other options in Bellevue.

That being said the description on this site is false breakfast is NOT INCLUDED it is $25 extra a day for basically what you get free as other hotels. Next “pet friendly” I book this option primarily because it usually means at the bare minimum a decent nearby accessible area for my service dog to relive himself. Typically at Hilton Garden Inns it also means treats at the desk and other little amenities that are not expected but a nice treat for my hard working guy. True to brand this location did provide a printout with important area information for dogs which was great because at least that paper told me where the relief area was that the front desk agent initially told me didn’t exist. When we found the area it was kind of a joke. Mostly bushes and cement barely any dirt no grass. Thankfully it worked for my SD who’s trained to go in small areas can’t imagine it works for most pets though. The waste basket for potty bags was full upon my arrival and still full 3 days later when I left (obviously never emptied) and this was also apparently the smoking area so bathroom trips with a side of asthma, thanks. The parking @$44/night was the most poorly laid out parking lot I’ve seen. Signs saying drive on left side nearly lead to several accidents from what I saw. I could go on but I’m out of characters.

Clean room missing coffee pods, could not change clock other than that nice place

Loved the stay, everything was amazing nothing
-
Clean Easy Tech works well Bad uncomfortable pillows. No flexibility on later check out and cold answer when asked on checkout day in the morning
-
We had to go out and buy our own hand soap. We did get parking free for this but we had to ask several times for reimbursement
-
Bed and linens were ok. Towels like sandpaper. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend.
-
The beds are hard, the pillows were flat. I've worked in less expensive hotels and they were far better stocked and comfortable. Sleep was nearly impossible on such uncomfortable beds!!
-
It was easy to get around town and it was quiet.
-
Breakfast was pretty terrible. Very limited options and heavily policed by staff. Very nice and clean hotel however. Staff were very nice and helpful

The hotel facilities and our room were very clean and well maintained. Everything felt comfortable and we were very happy with the overall condition of the property. The staff were not particularly warm or friendly. Also, there was no hand soap in our bathroom, so we asked for some, but we were told they had run out and were simply advised to use the body wash instead. It was a little disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

Location was good I felt scared and unsafe. Systems were down when I got there. They wrote my name, credit card number and assigned room on a piece of paper. At 10:30 at night a couple who also was assigned my room attempted to get in. I couldn’t reach the front desk by phone or in room phone. I couldn’t go downstairs due to sleep meds. I felt like every person walking by or making noise was going to try to get into my room. I didn’t sleep at all and very broken.
