Everyone was super helpful and kind and the hotel had great ambiance!

The room, it was clean and comfortable The pillows; they were horrible. I actually woke up with a headache. If they could upgrade to good pillows, that would be great.

The room was disappointing for a Westin. The bathroom doesn't ventilate at all, so shower steam just sits there, and there was a mold smell that got worse every time someone showered. One bed had a torn sheet, a USB outlet in the nightstand was popped out, and we were on the 5th floor next to the elevators so we heard every ding plus a surprising amount of road noise. The pool is actually nice, but the water was too cold, the hot tub was way too hot and the jets were broken. There's also only one shower in the locker room, which backs up fast on a weekend full of families. Heads up that the lobby bar is closed for renovation. The temporary bar is in a second floor conference room shared with the breakfast setup. They have liquor but soda or ice are the only mixers and there are no garnishes, so they can't make even an old fashioned. Fine as a stopgap but know that going in if the bar matters to you.

The Westin has been great in the past, however this time was very disappointed. The room was incredibly dirty, the washroom had black hair dye(we think) all over the tub, the toilet also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in YEARS. It was truly disgusting, well trying to contact front desk nobody was available. The beds were also terrible, so lumpy and uncomfy. Additionally, when we went down around 2 am the lobby was under full construction and there was nobody available at front desk. One representative finally became available, we asked for water bottles but they had run out! Said to come back in the morning. For paying $500 a night this was very disappointing and would definitely not come back. The only good part about this hotel was the location.

Location! Room shower had long hairs on the wall and there was a dirty sock under the sofa. Makes you think just how clean the room really is!
-
Rooms were nice, breakfast was great and staff friendly.
-
The rooms were nice. Location is in the heart of the shopping district. Finding car parking was difficult on Friday and Saturday given that the garage is open to the public. The trade-off is that there are no overnight parking fees charged on Friday and Saturday.

Clean. Great location!

Great stay. Walls are maybe a little thin from a noise standpoint but not awful. Comfortable bed and clean room. Pool is large enough to swim laps, nice workout area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is perfect! Will stay there again.

Amazing breakfast!

Yes, they didn't have a microwave

No amenities included in the stay, in room dining

Ideal location, walking distance to excellent restaurants, shopping, light rail. Second floor was closed for remodeling so access to pedestrian walkways was blocked. A slight inconvenience, but understandable.
