The room was immaculate and very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the free weekend parking and enjoyed the Living Room lounge in the hotel.

Fantastic staff and wonderful location. Highly recommend if your visiting Bellevue to stay here.

I’m 71 years old and I had booked and paid for two rooms for four of us and we tried to go for a cocktail in your lounge and we were denied access by the doorman because he wouldn’t accept our BC government drivers license as proof that we were over the age of 21. We were all very embarrassed by our treatment and other than two upcoming prepaid reservations that I’m not able to cancel, I’m not planning to stay at your property in Bellevue again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Jordan was at the front desk and gave us wonderful customer service and delivered a bottle of champagne and chocolates to our room for my husband and my anniversary with two very thoughtful hand written cards. My husband and I will definitely be back.

the view was spectacular once i switched rooms and got a view of the lake, mountains and seattle, The other side is very underwhelming and i would have been very disappointed had I not been able to switch rooms. Room service and engineering staff were top notch. Big shout out to Lieng in engineering! and thanks to Bea or B who helped me switched rooms. also It's ridiculous to pay $450 a night for a room and be charged for internet. the storage needs to be overhauled as there are two closets with no shelves or a bar for hanging clothes. so it's basically useless except for luggage storage.

The bed was comfortable and there was a large couch built in along the window. Plenty of place to store luggage. There was an ice and water room a few doors down from our room. At reception there was water and apples. We didn’t use the bar or parking. The property was well placed for shopping and the cinema

During breakfast, a waitress made an error with our order. Instead of correcting it, she reported to her manager that we had used foul and abusive language—an allegation that is completely false. The situation escalated when the restaurant manager came directly to our table and confronted us with this accusation without making any effort to verify the facts. Being approached and accused while other guests were watching, was both shocking and deeply humiliating. We felt compelled to leave our meal unfinished and check out of the hotel. The experience was distressing enough that I later became physically ill. What is most concerning is the complete lack of accountability afterward. We requested a call from the GM, weeks have now passed despite our efforts to follow up, yet we have received none. This was not simply a service mistake—it involved a false accusation, and the situation was handled unprofessionally at a management level, followed by a total failure to follow up. For a globally recognized brand, this reflects a serious lapse in professionalism and care for their loyal customers. Until this is properly addressed, we cannot recommend staying here.

The staff was above excellent and very kind. Everyone from the valet to the check in person to the room service staff to the housekeepers were amazing. Definitely a 11/10
