La Residence Suite Hotel

Such a good space, staff and location!! Breakfast was meh but the bars were better than usual. I loved the kitchen and even the pillows are so well thought of!! The only con was the mattress. And I wish the bathroom was outside the bedroom area so the kids could sleep!

Larry was very sweet and helpful. He made us feel comfortable and cared for.

I chose the hotel largely for the location, which let us walk to many destinations in downtown Bellevue. The room was large, clean, and nicely furnished, but it wasn’t a great set up for four people. We had a king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was a little too narrow for the two teens to share. They only had two towels in the room even though there were four of us and n the reservation, and there was nobody available after 10 p.m. to get more towels or blankets. There was free laundry available though, which was a great help. Overall, I would stay here again, but would look for a room with two queen beds and would make sure that I have everything I need for the night before the staff leave at 10 p.m.

The whole room had a strange smell—that sour odor typical of old buildings. It would have been comfortable otherwise.

It says free tv service. My tv would not work and when talking with the front desk. He was very nice but all he could say was he was filling in for someone and didn’t know how it fix it.

This boutique-style suite hotel is a hidden gem. Away from downtown center, but still walkable, and across the street from the beautiful downtown park. Nicely remodeled and modern room with a full kitchen. Very quiet and very well maintained. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shopping nearby. The breakfast spread was a little weak, but with an extended stay you can buy your own food. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was a charming place to stay, and very well located for our purposes. The staff was helpful and cheerful. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely room with everything I needed. Older charming property, well maintained with nice homey touches. Comfortable bed and very quiet. We will stay again!

Clean modern well stocked, kitchenette, and within easy walking distance to historic downtown Bellevue and Lake Washington.

This was a cute little hotel. Staff was friendly. Place is well maintained. Didn’t use any of the amenities so can’t speak to those. Has a little of an old smell in the hallways but it is clean nonetheless. On the go breakfast is a plus.

The location is excellent, right next to a beautiful park and Bellevue Square; my room was very spacious and nicely equipped. A continental breakfast was included and it was exactly that, so I shouldn't complain, but I still didn't enjoy it.

Corridors a bit smelly, room would benefit from some fresh air.

Our 2 rooms like 1 bedroom condo, new, clean and fully equipped kitchen. We will stay here again, Bellevue area is nice and safe. All our uber drivers said the same about Bellevue

Good location for access to Seattle and transportation

Excellent place to stay. Our room included a patio/balcony and a king bed. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was very comfortable. The location is near a beautiful park and lots of places to eat. The only less than ideal thing was breakfast - it was pre-packaged items along with coffee and juice. However I still found something to eat. If I were in Seattle I’d make a point of staying here again!
