It is very family friendly and old town is walkable from there. Staff is very friendly, the breakfast was great and the pool was great for the kids. Definitely recommend it.

The hotel has always has been perfect for our short stays in Orlando. It’s close to the theme parks, staff is very friendly and rooms are spacious.

The front desk wasn’t very pleasant. They seemed more distracted than helpful. But overall we were pleased

This property is exactly what is expected for the price. Overall the property was in good shape. The rooms need a face lift. Furniture looks dingy and well used. The breakfast was just OK. Don’t expect a lot of variety but for free it was Ok. They now charge for parking at about $12.00 per day. Hotel lobby staff were very nice and helpful.

We have been coming to Comfort Inn for a long time. We actually don’t like the new Comfort Inn since the renovation but only stay there because it’s close to Old Town. It’s lost its charm. Also our identity was stolen while we were there a couple of years ago and when we mentioned it to management they were not concerned.

The room had a moldy musty smell at first and the furniture had scratches. Internet says that there's free parking onsite, there's not. You have to pay a small fee for parking. Not the best experience but not the worst either. The photos are a little misleading.

Our room was large, clean and regular beds were comfortable. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and needs to be replaced. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Having the pool open 24 hours was a huge plus for us, however staff is nit very friendly with the exception only a few

It’s a nice hotel. The main feature is that it’s well built so you cannot hear the rooms above below or next to you. It’s clean. The elevators sometimes take a bit of time. It’s a good location if you plan on visiting old town and you can walk all around for free and there’s even groceries within walking distance. The only thing I didn’t like is some teenagers fooling around in the lobby and the old town theme park but it was fine. Great value. Pack sodas because they are super expensive all around there

La habitación estaba muy limpia y el personal fue bien amable . El desayuno fue excelente. Pensé por un momento cancelar por todos las mala opiniones que vi en Google pero decidimos que no y tener nuestra propia experiencia y fue mejor de lo que pensamos.

Excelente ubicación del hotel. Muy buen desayuno. La habitación tuvo un par de cosas por mejorar en limpieza pero en general una buena experiencia. Me hospedaría de nuevo.
