Location and place Didn't sleep all night The room next to me have people making noises all night I call from desk 4 times and no one answered my call. I talked to from desk next morning and nobody give me a solution. Call the supervisor but not there .call her number 1 day later and nobody answered. Very disappointed

Room was not clean, air conditioner did not produce cool air, shower head sprayed right out the shower.....over curtain bar. Ask for if additional night was available....before I knew what was in store,,, was told to call them.

All the accommodations near the hotel was a plus

The air conditioner got cold and stayed cold. The room was clean all the way around. Close to all theme parks and multiple late night food options near the hotel made this a very convient location to stay in. Room had a large mini fridge and a microwave, as well as multiple storage cabinets which would be helpful for a longer stay. It was also very quiet around us all 4 days we were there. Some of the things seemed a bit older in the room (iron/ironing board, microwave), but all worked well. The tv was on the smaller side, and was a little confusing to navigate the channels, but it wasn't the worst one I've used in a hotel by far.

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and fully equipped.

Very clean, comfy beds, perfect location central to everything.

AC broke, power outage people had to leave in the middle of the night

Hotel staff was nice. Rooms were.okay. It's a 3 start hotel so I dont expect a lot

The room had an overwhelming smell of mildew. No microwave in the room, no soap or shampoo stocked. TV did not work. Maintenance did come switch out the tv but the smell was terrible. The breakfast was always good kids loved the Mickey waffles! The pool was clean and enjoyable.

Good experience all around.

One of the nights we had to go to the front desk so they can talk to our room neighbor since they were screaming and having a loud conversations past midnight. Breakfast was decent the ladies in charge of this make sure everything tasted fresh and the areas were filled and clean. I wont stay here again.

Staff were friendly , check in was good., Breakfast was good Room was tired with the old individual in room aircon unit which made the room a bit damp smelling, bathroom was shabby, fittings and fixtures loose and coming away from the wall. Shampoo/ Body wash had run out an not been replaced. At around 1.00am the smoke alarm in the room decided to start beeping (flat battery) which we tried to report to reception to find the phone in the room did not work. So at 2.00am after travelling for 32 hours from the UK I had to go down to reception to ask for someone to come to the room. In fairness someone arrived within 10 mins and removed the offending alarm.
