Studio 6 Extended Stay - Kissimmee, FL - Orlando

Staff was rude. The office when closed when we arrived. And we had to walk from one end of the property to the other while being treated rude by the staff.

Every time I do a review I like to give a compliment if I can but I am also known for giving it the hard truth as well. First off the staff is hands down the best here especially the one and only Marryann you brighten up my day even on my bad days. I always look forward to this awesome front desk worker. The rooms are kinda small some rooms air conditionera don't really work the best. They do offer smoking rooms as well here just gotta ask if you smoke other then that not perfect rooms but a great budget room for more money spent outside making loving memories that will last a lifetime

I requested the bottom floor because my husband is a hear t patient n I have a bad knee. . It made it difficult for my husband who had surgery . Weeks prior. The steps are .tuff there .

The room size n the area. The bed was way to low and not comfortable.

For one it looked like a fentanyl hooker invested motel Their front desk was not open and the phone number that was listed on the door didn't even work. Not only that, they took money out of my account hours before I arrived to Orlando and they weren't supposed to take money until I seen a fucking face that should have been sitting in the guest service lobby. But no, they were probably upstairs smoking fentanyl.

The staff was very attentive. The room needed extra TLC, a non-smoking room, however it smelled like cigarettes.

No breakfast i like the location The noise over us and the towels weren't clean when we got ready to check out no one was in the officecouldn

The actual room was different from the pictures online but you get what you pay for I guess. The room also smelled. Was supposed to stay 3 nights but checked out after about an hour (time to go out to eat and research another place to stay).

I reserved the smoking room and I got a non-smoking room I requested a ground floor and I got a second floor they were bugs in the room

Great location lots of activities in walking distance. Property was clean and staff was great.

Amazing 5star check in and I felt at home as soon as I checked in. We are a gay couple with our fur baby and checking in was amazing and the front desk treated us amazing to even the maintenance gentleman. I will be back because you guys treated us as family and we felt welcomed compared to your sister motel in the front were that manager ivy is rude and better then anyone else. We moved over here because we get treated like family not like customers.

Nothing For starters it was so bad that when I entered my hotel room it looked like there was blood (thankfully turned out to be nail polish) but that was just the icing on the cake

NOTHING No wifi, roches all over, bad smell, no drawers on night stands, expensive, dirty, no costumer service, nobody at the front desk, no daily housekeeping like other motel 6, this is the worst motel 6 Studio!
