Studio 6 Extended Stay - Kissimmee, FL - Orlando

Amazing 5star check in and I felt at home as soon as I checked in. We are a gay couple with our fur baby and checking in was amazing and the front desk treated us amazing to even the maintenance gentleman. I will be back because you guys treated us as family and we felt welcomed compared to your sister motel in the front were that manager ivy is rude and better then anyone else. We moved over here because we get treated like family not like customers.

Nothing For starters it was so bad that when I entered my hotel room it looked like there was blood (thankfully turned out to be nail polish) but that was just the icing on the cake

NOTHING No wifi, roches all over, bad smell, no drawers on night stands, expensive, dirty, no costumer service, nobody at the front desk, no daily housekeeping like other motel 6, this is the worst motel 6 Studio!

The initial impression of this Motel 6 Extended Stay was actually great, but things went downhill fast. On my very first day, I spotted a German cockroach crawling on the kitchen floor. Finding a pest in the food preparation area right after checking in was an absolute dealbreaker for me, so I chose to check out immediately and stay somewhere else. It’s a shame because the place seemed nice otherwise, but kitchen hygiene is something I can't compromise on.

The kitchen was fully equipped for all my needs and the AC key the room cool.

Nothing Roaches. Missing drawers. Missing knobs to the drawers. Counter top table coming off the wall. Room the lock not locking properly and not fully secured.

Kitchen doesn’t have anything utensils

Roaches. Smell of weed in the room. People smoking weed in the stairwell. Room smells like mold and piss mixed together. the motel is occupied by homeless people not vacationing people. It’s was not our standards at all. Very disappointing

When problems arised with my room, they were easily switched. Just the fact I was on a second floor otherwise it was fine.

Smell cigaret and Roaches

Friendly and no nonsense, plus the staff is on point Nothing at all

The hotel name should be stay with roaches. There were roaches in fridge, microwave, wardrobe, and dead roaches lying on floor. When I complaint to the staff, they had not answer for that, just saying we will call housekeeping to check, and the no one showed up. horrible place to stay. Do not book this hotel. It's a scam hotel.
