I wasn't the biggest fan having to pay a deposit, but I did get my deposit back and the room was affordable. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The parking lot had trash not picked ip all weekend. Made is wonder if the parking lot is ever cleaned of bee re cans or other trash on the ground.

We were charged an extra $5.00 because the desk claimed one of our wash rag or towel had a stain on it. That was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of. If there was a stain it wasn’t because of us.I won’t be staying there again. That’s a promise. Next they’ll be charging someone $10.00 for someone putting dust on their floor for walking in their room.

This is a good option if you are going to the parks and you just need a place to rest your head and shower. Make sure you put your parking permit in your car window of you WILL be towed. I keep coming back because it’s across the street from the world of food trucks!

An older motel that has been completely updated. Comfortable beds, clean and convenient. Enjoyed the pool too.

Location ? I thought I read they had a pool, but never saw it. Also, the grab and go breakfast could be better.

Close to all attractions, all walking distance. They offer breakfast, but its only coffee, juice and a granola bar, nothing else.

Room had a wet mildew smell, with a hint urine. Other than the that, the room was clean.

There wasn’t breakfast ⁉️⁉️? Deposit fee

They did not provide the breakfast advertised on the website. It was only coffee/tea and one small bar, which is very misleading. The washing machines were broken. Staff said they had known for at least a week that parts were broken, but another staff member admitted the machines had actually not been working for a long time. At 4 AM during checkout, staff took our room keys for inspection and made us wait outside the concierge office for about 15 minutes. The Kissimmee area felt unsafe at that hour, and my family was left waiting outside while we tried to arrange our Uber. The staff would not even open the office door so we could wait safely inside. This was one of the worst hotel /motel experiences we have had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone visiting for vacation. The motel rooms were not clean and we were feeling a typical smell though out our stay.
