Motel 6 Kissimmee, FL - Orlando

About what you would expect from a low tier, low budget motel. Seemed like a lot of "long term" guests may be living there, white I see more and more in these low cost hotels.

There were roaches in the room , I took pictures. I woke up with a roach on my arm

couldn't take a shower could not turn on water. very noisy air conditioner

I beeb more then twice here Im a travel nurce I come to rest but lately its been no AC in the room Showers need to be painted i understand Is cheap but who could put there feet in a rusty tub other then that is ok The price the staff

The room smelled like mold. The ac did not cool down well. Shower is small. Bed was uncomfortable. Woke up to find a roach in the bed. Their a lot of homeless people in that area. People arguing outside and screaming. Wont be staying here again.

The price was affordable The bathroom shower curtain was soo dirty as I showered stuff was coming off the shower curtain sooo groce.....and dirty

It's a great place to sleep play in the pool do some laundry and yes walk into the office and say hello to the fabouls front desk staff as well. Marryann will great you with a friendly southern charm and same for ivy and Ryan and Don. Simply great staff clean rooms and expetional guest services. Close to Disney close to sea world close to universal studios without all the hassles of a resort. The pool is always clean and amazing and the laundry room is always clean the front desk is always clean as if your stepping into a high end resort. For me it didn't feel like a motel 6 it felt more like I was a family member coming to stay with family. Wish they had more options the coffee maybe some donuts but hey the price you pay here can't be beat I promise you that. The tv doesn't work all the time but most people staying here are in between houses like us or going to Disney and other attractions saving money to make memories with their loved ones. So I say thank you all to the great staff can't thank them enough.

First off it's a quiet place to lay your head for the night rather it is one night or one week. I suggest getting the extra upgrade room with a fridge and a microwave for convenience reasons. But the staff are friendly and can be stern they have rules and are simple be respectful and courteous to other guest. Ivy and Marryann and Ryan and Don will always be very helpful and do their best to accommodate you as long as you follow these simple rules. Here kindness and respect get you far further then poor sour attitudes. So thank you all.

We really enjoy the bright sunshine Marryann brings to the front desk. I always feel like a guest coming in the door and more of a sadden family member having to leave walking out the door for check out. The rooms are not perfect but this motel 6 is clean and maintained very well by management ivy. Don at night is always friendly and courteous and is always fun to talk to. We come back for the great staff that is always here. Ryan the other front desk worker is super engaging when you approach him. I realize this isn't the Ritz Carlton but they strive to be the next big thing in Kissimmee.
