Need microwave and refrig in the room

It was clean. Comfortable beds. Charging outlets beside bed. Nice tub and shower. I only had two pillows.

No trash cans anywhere on property. Homeless people everywhere. Very dirty very noisy. Does not correct their own mistakes when I pay for an upgrade they don't deliver and they don't refund the difference

It was very clean. I felt a little uncomfortable with the beds. Also the door lock looked like it was forced maybe before I stayed and made me feel a little uncomfortable.

I went and bought my own rubber mat for the bathtub. The inside of the tub itself didnt seem dirty but there was dirt and hair on the outside of it and the walls

Basic motel look and feel. Guests hanging out with chairs set up in front of rooms, toilet seat smaller than actual toilet, room has an odor.

The staff were amazing polite kind and understanding. The hotel smelled like a 6 pack smoked in the room and there were roaches in the beds the ac smelled like it was smoking a cigarette

Housekeeping are thieves. They stole a new bottle of shampoo and some bowls I was using for eating and a lot of groceries I had in the fridge. When I renewed my stay they skipped the last day and when I went to ask about it, they said there was nothing they could do but charge twice as much for that one day they ripped me off for. Be very careful if you chose to stay.

Ac did not work well left about 10 pm

This hotel room was full of roaches. The front staff wasn't the best

The outside area restaurants there was no page. There was no air conditioner but she came to the room and said the air conditioner should work but it didn't. It was just terrible thing I like the outside area. Everything it had to offer outside the hotel. The hotel was terrible. I don't know how you're still in business

It was a great stay

My room was dirty upon arrival, the tv didn’t work & maintenance had to grab another tv from another room, the bathroom door had the paint peeled, and during our stay there was German cockroaches coming from the broken vinyl flooring
