Motel 6 Kissimmee, FL - Orlando

This hotel does require a deposit. This information should be listed at the time of booking. Hot tub wasn't working pool was kinda gross. They need to clean the jets in the rooms bathtub. The lady at the front desk was super helpful and nice.

The room smell very bad the lobby smell like marihuana

Do not recommend this property. Customer service is horrible. Cancelled my reservation and I wasn’t notified I was notified once arrived to the property.

Nice

No fridge, no microwave , dirty shower with mold and mildew there are burn holes in the bedding. If you need a place just to sleep the bed is comfortable and that’s it. People smoking weed all outside and smells just like pot the whole time people are playing loud music and hanging out outside the rooms at 1/2am and you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. A lady was hacking all night. I didn’t sleep hardly a wink. I would reconsider staying here unless you don’t have enough funds.

Cleaning crew never cleaned the drainage on the bathtub... it was clogged with prior guests' hair and sputum ...IT WAS TERRIBLE!

Scary as hell. You are paying literally what you’re getting. Dirt cheap. Front door broken did not close all the way. Dirty towels with non washout stains. Dirty tub. Air conditioning was very loud and took a long time to cool room. The picture is an alusión. You’re not getting a 4to 5 star hotel. Not even a 2 star. Even the people staying was scary looking.

Dirty rooms with bugs and I couldn’t even cancel roaches everywhere and street timers all over the place. It was so bad water was coming up from the hardwood floors.

Cockroaches galore because people live there rooms all junked up with their doors open and screaming. Couldn't get my room cleaned even after being put on the cleaning list. Had to get my own towels and toilet paper. The best thing about this room was the ac. I will never never never return. Motel 6 I would be ashamed to put my name on it.

Was incredibly relaxing, A/C worked great, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Don't really need any hotels with gift shops or anything like that, Motel 6 filled my needs and is close to a lot of restaurants. Will definitely go back.

After just two days in the room ivy banged on the door for a room check not sure why but something about a random room check. The room wasn't destroyed or anything but clearly unprofessional when she said all looks good but sweep up your floor in the room. We can work with that. What you mean we can work with that... I've done nothing wrong only two days in the room also cockroachs are seriously bad in this room. The air conditioner in the room doesn't have the proper filters for the air conditioner so it doesn't work properly. As always with the rude manager ivy who thinks she is better then anyone and everyone else. They do have an amazing front desk staff Marryann and Ashley thank you two. Those two ladies make this motel 6 the best hotel. Maybe it's time to change out ivy and place her into house keeping since that's her expertise cause customer service management isn't it for sure.

Paid for a week and did not even stay one night. Didn't even ask for a refund as it was non refundable. Not a safe place. Many crackheads and drugs. Warnings everywhere your lock your car and valuables.

The best stay I had

When we arrived and were handed the keys to the room, we were told they were clean and ready to check in. When we get to the room it was dirty, beds not made, trash not taken out and there were use male contraceptives near the trash can. We also aske for an ADA room and were not given one till later that night and it was to no avail because we needed a walk in shower type for my husband who has one leg. We ended up getting 2 rooms because of a mix up that was created by the agents on the phone who lied to us by telling us they had ADA rooms available.

Only 2 outlets in the entire room worked and 1 of them was for the fridge and microwave. I had to change my itinerary but wasn’t able to because I was told that I had to contact Expedia and the only phone number I found for Expedia was from out of the country! The staff, however, at motel 6, especially Ivory, was amazing! Ivory was very patient with my 2 young grandchildren and they really enjoyed talking to her!! She’s definitely a keeper!!
