Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando SW - Celebration Area by IHG

I love that the room had a balcony and that the hotel had a playground, exercise room and swimming pool attached Their cable TV really didn't have many things to watch on it

Location and price. The Breakfast Not very tasty at all.... McDonald's would have been better. And, its rte next door‍♂️

Breakfast was excellent. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Time to replace carpets.

The comfort of the bed. The nice staff. Also how quiet the building was. N/a

Convent and inexpensive. Rooms are modern and clean but overall property could be maintained a little better. Would still stay there again if the price was right

Very spacefull and clean room, excellent location

Exceptional

The property is located near parks and restaurants and the rooms are quiet, however, front desk had to change our room twice, due to stains in sheet and bathroom toilet was not fully clean. Third room we got moved to, I found a dirty towel hanging in the shower, but didn't said anything. I have stayed here in the past and never had an issue.

Well looked after by Verinica on the front desk, nothing too much trouble. Stayed a number of times here now, well handy for everything, looking forward to staying again.

Very good

BEDS THE SMELL OF THE CORRIDORS. MUSIC PLAYING ALL DAY TOO LOUD. DIRTY WET BALCONIES FROM AIR CONDITIONING ABOVE. AT CHECK-IN DEMANDING RESORT FEE WHEN ALREADY PAID WITHIN BOOKING .COM LISTING'S. HOLDING 100 DOLLAR HOLDING FEE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. CHARGING RESORT FEES TWICE WHEN RETURNING HOLDING FEES. NO RESPONSE FROM THE PROPERTY WHEN REACHING OUT FOR RETURN OF DOUBLE CHARGES.

Need more lighting in parking lot

Gators and turtles in the pool out the back. Cabanas now chargeable, not worth it.

The location was good. The people working in the desk were very nice. I didn’t like the fact that I had a very disabled brother with me and they put us all the way to the back of the motel and up on the fifth floor. They said that’s all they have through booking.com was that room and the room smelled very musky like it hadn’t been used in years needed to be refreshed so I feel like when you’re booking through booking.com there should be a place that you can specify you need a handicap room

Disappointing

Very good

We originally got a 2 queen room. It was located in the back/second part of the building. Our room smelled dirty, like a wet dog, it was so sooo damp! We woke up damp, or sweating in the middle of the night even though the ac was blasting cold air. Our shower towels didnt dry even after 24 hours. Our phone wasnt connected. The mini fridge was sitting on the floor rather than in a cubby like most hotels. The classic hotel room corner chair was NASTY looking and the shower had 2 conditioner bottles, no shampoo. Over all it just wasnt good, Would have given it 1 star honestly, we wanted to leave but instead I asked for a different room. They kept telling me they had no 2 queen rooms which didnt matter to me we only needed one bed so I finally got the woman to give us a different room and man oh man thank god, it was much better, obviously upgraded, much cleaner, nicer and not smelly or damp. I gave it 3 stars rather than 1 simply because the other front half of the hotel clearly has been updated and is much much cleaner. ALSO the theme park shuttle times were horribly inconvenient. We just ubered instead.

The front desk staff was very pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was very clean. The carpet was old and dirty. The room had a strong stale smell like old smoke and/or a dirty air filter or something. Also the tub barely drained (by the time your shower ends you’re in ankle deep water). Overall not terrible for the price.

The location was great—it was within walking distance to Old Town and the World Food Trucks, which is amazing for families. We really enjoyed the great variety of food and drinks, as well as the car show and the amusement park.I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and prompt in responding to my questions in a professional manner. Room Condition: The room requires some repairs, particularly the carpet, which was outdated and dirty. Breakfast: The breakfast selection could be improved. The coffee was weak, and adding more variety to the options would be appreciated.

Breakfast is the best one and the cleaning service has the best team and service.
