Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando SW - Celebration Area by IHG

We had some noise next to us cause a young family was next door. They also tried to upsale us on a timeshare. The staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there tbh. That’s okay, but worth noting. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms are clean. One morning they didn’t get us fresh towels, but that’s only one day out of the stay.

Soon after checking in, you will likely be approached by a salesperson wearing a Holiday Inn name tag. This person will try to get you to go tour their timeshare resort. The person that approached us said he wanted to give us a welcome gift and got us to follow him to his area in the lobby and began to tell us all about the timeshare resort. We told home that we didn’t have time to go on the tour and declined his offer. Then, he appeared to get very mad at us. We never did get a welcome gift.

The beds were very uncomfortable and broken, pillows not comfortable Everything smelled! Overall a disaster.

You have to pay extra for the breakfast and the front desk lady with the excursion is very demanding not a great look at all will not be staying at the ones in Orlando or any part of Florida

First room was dirty asked to change and was given another room where construction was going on above me from 8-5 other then the old dirty grounds and tired rooms and shady people walking around smoking pot the place is ok!! They need to remodel.. oh and they tried to sell us a time share in the lobby! Well we won’t be back soon please adjust the hotel to its proper rating so other people aren’t fooled

Good option for a traveling family.

I was expecting a lot better for a Holiday Inn. For instance the tub had a huge crack in it and the AC unit was one of the old style manual ones. For the price of the room and a $100 deposit I just expected a lot better conditions.
