Great location incredible breakfast. Good place to stay

Breakfast good but hotel is very old

Watch the fine print. There’s a $28 per day service charge, hundred dollar deposit for the room, and the breakfast does include two adults but children 12 and under are the only ones eating for free. You have to buy additional coupon coupons at $16 per day for the breakfast.

They took very good care of us when our AC broke down and moved to another room and the breakfast is very good

Breakfast was good wide variety easy access to parks if driving beds were amazing so we’re the pillows walkable for dining out pool was nice would definitely stay here again

The rooms are not clean. I had an ant infestation in the bathroom that i reported to front desk. They did rectify the issue. The tub/shower was not clean and looks to have black mold. The sheets had stains on them.

Originally we were booked in tower 1. Do not stay in tower 1. The rooms were older and not renovated and the room smelled musty. We were moved to tower 2 where the rooms were renovated and much nicer. House keeping mistakenly threw away my son’s retainers that were on the nightstand so do not leave anything out if you leave the room. Very expensive mistake. The stay overall is as good, Kayla at the front desk was very helpful and kind.

The only thing about this hotel is the breakfast! Hotel is very old not an update in sight! Charge resort fees and is not a resort!

The hotel had a musty smell throughout. Heavy smoke and weed smell by the elevators. The top bunk bed in our room creaked at the slightest movement. was very loud and annoying while trying to sleep. Breakfast was good. The card said soft drinks as well, but only juice and coffee were provided. The shuttle to Hollywood Studios went to the park once at 11:25am, which we found to be odd as it is so late in the day. We ended up not using them and used Uber. Highly recommend that!! Overall the hotel wasn’t great, but for the price, it did the job.
