Staff was rude and not helpful. They didn't have any control over their pool and it made for a dangerous area for anyone with smaller children.

The staff were very helpful. We had an issue with our freezer not working and maintenance replaced the whole refrigerator with a brand new one within an hour of reporting it! Although dated, the property is clean. The grills that are advertised for guest use were unavailable due to no propane. We were there for 5 nights so it wasn’t a delivery issue. The “arcade” on site did not having a working token machine. The guest laundry area is too small for the number of machines (that weren’t all in service). The machines need to be replaced. The washers had mildew and the dryers are weak. This mid grade hotel could really be great with a little more upkeep. For a hotel of this size, the pool is very small.

Staff was friendly and the beds were very comfortable. Good location to the parks and the young folks enjoyed being walking distance to Old Town. The free breakfast was a plus. The room was a little dated but clean. Could have used a few more healthy breakfast items for us older folks like fresh fruit, yogurt/ cottage cheese cups, turkey sausage.

Breakfast was good. Staff overwhelmed, I believe they are with not enough staff for the amount of rooms to take care, resulting that anytime you talk with them they are not patient or with stamina to provide a good service.

That it was close to attractions, restaurants and grocery store The building was outdated. There was trash bags along the halls. Cleaning service did not show up as stated.

Room was really nice and great price. Elevator was really slow.

I stayed there for four nights and they didn’t clean the rooms once even when I asked they fixed the bed and took the trash out, bathrooms are small and not maintained, flyers in the kitchen, elevators stuck many times and we had to use stairs, laundry room dirty and the property over all smells bad. Worst place I ever stayed in.

I don't like when a get too chk inn staff is rush a hard I don't like the person attendant me.the clean is poor breakfast regular

Lo primero frente a la habitación había un bache de agua todo el tiempo, si fueron dos veces a limpiar la habitación y botar la basura fue muchos. El desayuno estaba bien. En realidad necesitan mejor la limpieza y la seguridad del hotel.

Esta bien localizado. Todo cerca, Disney World esta a 20 min. Old town esta walking distance. El desayuno es decente. La piscina esta bonita. Tuvimos que estar solicitando el housekeeping todo el tiempo por que no iban ni a sacar la basura. Eso fue incomodo.

Been before love location Needs refurbishing badly. New policy has taken housekeeping away No problem but we had no clean towels for the entire stay which was a major issue as we came back wet and needed warm showers but couldn’t as we had no dry towels

Too many frogs at night especially when it rains… Pay for parking per night btw… overall it was a great stay.
