Staybridge Suites Orlando Royale Parc Suites by IHG

Staff was very rude when I asked for a late check out. Me being an IHG member and Expedia one rewards member they told me yes when I checked in but day of checkout they told me nope I can’t help you. Breakfast was a joke with the area no seating and not enough for everyone. You pay a resort fee but pool was closed almost the whole time due to weather and arcade is included in that fee but you pay for each of the 9 games in there.

I had a very bad experience

I don’t like it at all the used other locations pictures to advertise the trick people I go to other locations on Gainesville it was greatl I tought is same as other one is is room is smales bad is too mud noise

I got what I paid for.

Good customer service.

We checked in, couldn’t use the elevator, it was broken. Climbed the stairs with all of our luggage. Room was nice but very dark. Dishwasher beeped every few minutes. Went to shower, stepped in & landed on my back, thank goodness I was ok except for a sore bottom! The tub was extremely slippery. Beds were nice & rooms were quiet. AC was good. Breakfast was nice.

El hotel estuvo en muy buenas condiciones la habitación limpias,las camas muy cómodas y el personal muy amable, tiene una piscina muy buena, queda ubicado en una zona muy estratégica cerca de lugares de comer y de parques incluidos los parques de Disney, el desayuno buffet fue muy bueno y es bastante variado, también cuenta con un shuttle que te lleva a los parques de Disney, mi familia y yo quedamos muy satisfechos con la estadía y sin duda alguna volveríamos a hospedarnos nuevamente en este hotel

My family and I had a wonderful experience aside from the minor things like cosmetic damage to the refrigerator and a broken water jug beside that the room was great clean room staff was wonderful breakfast was excellent air conditioning and being closer to the pool made our day wonderful job Staybridge

Spacious and clean rooms! The air conditioning was very beneficial in the hot on her heat and the beds were comfortable. We extremely enjoyed the pool… It was very warm but still enjoyable! The hot tub was a little too warm for us, but it seemed others were enjoying it still. The staff we encountered were all very friendly. I would say about the only things that would improve the stay would be more seating for breakfast and maybe cleaning debris from the pool more than once a day when the storms roll through. Great location next to Old Town too-fun vibes and awesome car show nights!
