Rude and horrible staff, that will curse you out and lie to you about the cockroaches. Wood of desks are water logged and rotten, refrigerators and microwaves literally has rust on them. Bugs literally crawl out of the wall, bed, drains and from the furniture. It’s so bad I’m submitting the videos of the room to the Florida DBR bc the conditions violate several of the laws and absolutely shameful any business runs like this and has these conditions. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Definitely not the greatest place to stay. This hotel has residents living there. The place smells like smoke, the place gave off unsafe environment. I left after 10 mins of stepping foot into the room definitely not kid friendly. Do not recommend what so ever

Precio razonable conforme al tipo de propiedad, hay algunos comercios cerca, la atención bastante amable. Puede mejorar el tema de plagas.

Worst hotel experience ever. There were cockroaches, everything was old and broken, and a man was banging on the door at 3 a.m. People were screaming, crying, talking loudly, and even fighting. If you want to risk getting an infection, go ahead.

When I booked the place I knew it was not going to be 5 stars. But the breakfast was way worse than I thought plus the lady was super rude because it was 45 minutes before ending time (the breakfast goes until 8:30 if I'm not wrong saying: "that's what we have left". It was like she was doing us a favor. Not even worried if there was more food to offer or at least be polite with the guests.

The property had mold ants and I saw a cockroach also this place is disgusting. It smelled bad sticky floor. I have pictures. I’m looking for a refund. This is ridiculous. I stayed there one night because I had to. I didn’t stay the other two nights I went and got another hotel room at a better place that place is disgusting. These people should be shut down by the health department. It’s disgusting hundreds of cigarette butts out people smoking all over the place places is disgusting.

Clean and smelled fresh. Having traveled for hours from UK and arriving late evening we expected to be able to get a drink of some kind. No facilities in room, both vending machines broken and the reception showed drinks available but did not have any. Breakfast , didn't bother as no tea bags for a drink

El personal muy atento,área de piscina excelente,habitación limpia excepto la bañera el piso estaba roto,estaba cubierto con un tipo de tape,eso se ve desagradable.De lo demás no tengo quejas.

Woman at front desk during the day could be more helpful and less rude.

Extra property fee....after the initial deposit...lol

The location was okay. They didn't have hot breakfast..Just cereal, donuts and waffles you had to do yourself. Just look ghetto..I'm sorry. The mattress was lobsided....the TV was acting up....had to figure how to work it.
