Booking.com should reconsider including this property as part of the offer as it is a below average standard. There are pests in the room. You ask for things to be fixed and it never happens. It is an ABSOLUTE disaster.

ThI first room we got had a dead roach in the tub. You get what you pay for. Newly Renovated though. Not up to our standards though.

Do not stay here. The people that work here are rude. We stayed here once a few weeks ago with our service dog. They do not allow pets but service dogs are legally allowed anywhere. They made us show paperwork to prove that she was a service dog which is illegal in in itself but we did it anyways so we had a room so we tried staying here again since we had already been there before. It was a different worker and he fled out refused to allow us. He kept saying over and over that they do not allow pets and I explained she is a service dog. She is not a pet and he was refusing saying it doesn't matter that she's a service dog. It's in their policy saying they already talked to the police and said that the police said that it's okay that they refuse it and I let them know that I will be taking the proper channels to let everybody know, including authorities that what they are doing is illegal and they didn't even seem to care They just kept putting into their translator that they don't allow pets because they don't speak English and have to use a translator to speak to you if you do not speak Spanish

Room very clean and comfy. Property doesn't really look like the pictures, location was good, public bus to disney TTC available across the street about 2 min walk, on property laundry for guests is coin only so don't forget to bring lots of quarters!

I like that it was close to everything. Shops, restaurants & parks. It could definitely use a makeover. Room looked a little outdated. Front office closes at 11:00pm.

Expedia was also no help. They refused to provide a refund and took no responsibility, even though they are promoting this unsafe motel on their platform. They completely washed their hands of the situation. Do not waste your money. Do not bring your family here. It is a disgusting, unsafe property. I am posting photos of the broken door so others can see what guests are actually dealing with.

Very secure and clean areas. Very professional employees that responded all our needs.

I did not like that the office closed 6PM to 10am. Also, my toilet was clogged after i used it for urine only. I was told by the office personnel thay I was to not flush toilet paper down and put it in the trash can instead. I was embarrassed enough as it is that it would be thought that I did it. But then told to put I used toilet paper in the trash can was disgusting. Furthermore that seems like a buyer hazardous condition for employees having to empty other people's trash cans that may have blood products, fecal material, and generally anything else that comes out of the body. I personally will not be staying here again!
