Shining Light Inn & Suites

Nice

Very good

Quiet and safe place Nun was wrong but the pool was closed

Price and location. Very old motel/room. Floors, bathtub (leftover hair), refrigerator and microwave not clean. Beds cheap, very flimsy, noisy and uncomfortable. inadequate bedding-not thick enough and cheap flimsy pillows. Many outlets did not work.

The man at the front desk, very considerate Love his customer service

Clean, including bed sheets. Plenty of hot water. The room is tiled - no carpet. Carpet gets moldy due to the humidity, without a dehumidifier. My room was fresh. Refrigerator, microwave. Lots of businesses nearby. So easy to eat. Go shopping. Bats. Etc. Condensation on room floor, in Orlando, on humid days. Turn air up to limit it. Did not have coffee maker, but got 5 cup and coffee ar nearby Wallmart for $30.

I wasn’t able to check in and when I reached out to Property Manager I never got a response. Tried to get a refund. Left messages and called numerous of times.

Quiet Nun ,perfect

Breakfast was good and had a nice variety, the room was nice and the staff were wonderful. No complaints whatsoever.

Exceptional

The staff was awesome My trip was to short

I always stay here when I come to Florida very nice and quiet . Staff was awesome Nothing

Great staff and very friendly Great location For this value of money everything was pretty good

There's no rating scale for this place. They're just not putting any money into this building and accommodations.

This is an older property and the age really shows. The doors had staining and the office chair was ripped. Property definitely needs a lot of work. I booked this hotel due to the high guest rating (9.6/10) on Hotels.com and was deeply mistaken. I would not rate this property any higher than 5/10.

Good service and amenities for the price. Good experience in General.

Very god place to stay. The room was clean and the service was great

bathtub was outdated and people smoke right outside the rooms

The stay here would have been nice if we were given all that we booked. We booked a room for the night through hotels.com and it said right on there that this booking came with a free continental breakfast. There was NO breakfast at all. Also the rooms smelled like cigarettes and there were police all around the parking lot to the hotel next door. It was very noisy in our room and the AC unit was extremely loud while running so we had to turn it off and just sweat at night to be able to sleep. The bathroom tub was not up to par with us being comfortable enough to even shower. Thank goodness it was only overnight that we stayed here. Definitely wont be staying here again.

This isn’t a hotel is like a motel, so old, don’t smell good. Stay away.
