Price and location. Very old motel/room. Floors, bathtub (leftover hair), refrigerator and microwave not clean. Beds cheap, very flimsy, noisy and uncomfortable. inadequate bedding-not thick enough and cheap flimsy pillows. Many outlets did not work.

Clean, including bed sheets. Plenty of hot water. The room is tiled - no carpet. Carpet gets moldy due to the humidity, without a dehumidifier. My room was fresh. Refrigerator, microwave. Lots of businesses nearby. So easy to eat. Go shopping. Bats. Etc. Condensation on room floor, in Orlando, on humid days. Turn air up to limit it. Did not have coffee maker, but got 5 cup and coffee ar nearby Wallmart for $30.

I wasn’t able to check in and when I reached out to Property Manager I never got a response. Tried to get a refund. Left messages and called numerous of times.

The beds are very nice. The staff are very nice. Our room was clean. This is our favorite place to stay in Kissimmee.

The beds are nice and comfortable. We love staying here when we go on our staycations. It’s a little hard to get in and out of being on a busy road.

There's no rating scale for this place. They're just not putting any money into this building and accommodations.

This is an older property and the age really shows. The doors had staining and the office chair was ripped. Property definitely needs a lot of work. I booked this hotel due to the high guest rating (9.6/10) on Hotels.com and was deeply mistaken. I would not rate this property any higher than 5/10.
