It’s not somewhere i would stay again.

Fantastic accommodations - great value. The only critique we have is that there is not enough storage space for clothes (no dressers).

I have stayed at the property about 10 different times. The value for what you get is one of the best-kept secrets in Orlando. It has always been clean every time we stayed. Having a full kitchen, multiple rooms, multiple bathrooms, and a hot tub makes the stay wonderful. For the same price, you can get a hotel with one room, two beds, and nowhere to sit. I am grateful to be able to take a day off between running around the parks and to have a wonderful condo to relax in. My family rates this place as one of our favorite stays.

Clean and has a great location

Bed was hard and our unit looked unkept lots of spider webs and the floor of our patio was filthy but I can see the patio of the next unit to me and it was nice and clean it was disappointing because this is a place I been going to for like the last 8 summers. When I mentioned this to the front desk upon departure they didn’t seemed concerned she acted like she was going write it down and take notes but then just smile and said thank you for your concern

The check-in process was fast and exactly as explained, which we appreciated. However, the carpet was a bit too old and worn out. More importantly, they did not provide enough basic amenities for our stay. We stayed for 2 weeks, but were only given 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher soap pods, and no extra toilet paper or laundry soap. Having to buy our own basic household supplies for a fifteen-night stay was quite inconvenient.

Property was amazing. Front desk check in early morning on the weekday sucked. They need a nicer front desk lady.
-
The place was wonderful and my family and I enjoyed ourselves. The staff was also really nice. I just think take sure you have a renovated room or maybe check it out before your stay. I'd expect all the townhouses to be up to the same standard.

The hot tub never worked; we called three times to let them know, but they never came to fix it.

Great rental on a beautiful property! Description was accurate, truly enjoyed the hot tub and lakeview!!

Hot tub was amazing, ac was not working properly,

This is not a type of resort that you may envisioning. This is a property managed by a company. You will be staying between other residents in that community. Bar was OK, pool wasn extra ordinary, water slide was very small. No cleaning during your stay , they emptied garbage everyday. Apartment was not sparkling clean. No coffee, no tea… i would recommend staying at the hotels which you get cleaning every day and you get coffee and probably free breakfast

Property was ok. Not the best. Townhouse was not the cleanest. Carpet was dirty. Furniture was old. It needs an upgrade.
-
The place was not very clean. There is a camera in the living room. Very uncomfortable to be in there with camera.
-
Not the cleanest room you can just tell the maid service does not do what they should. Pullout sofa bed was broke. Nasty washcloth left in bathroom from previous renter. Half bathroom had a nasty dirty hand towel left in the bathroom to use. Kitchen cabinets look like there was possibly milk splatter on the cabinets and dried. Above the microwave the cabinets look like they have not been cleaned in some time when looking for dishes touched them to open and was absolutely disgusting will a greasy/oily film on them. Hot tub filter had not been replaced or clean in idk how long had hair and almost looked like thick dust or lint covering it. Looked like a previous leak up stairs in the bathroom you could see the damage downstairs in the living room ceiling. Definitely not enough activities for young teens 13-14 my three were bored to death at the hotel. They complained the pool was so hot, it’s Florida no one wants to swimming in a heated pool during the summer too hot for all that. Also had a problem with my key card getting back into my room had to go get it replaced.

I was very pleased with my stay. Went for an extended weekend and although the check in was delayed about an hour and 1/2 the manager was very accommodating and made up for it. Great personality and great attitude and even commented when he saw me doing a TikTok with my daughter :) . Also, the front desk supervisor Paula was very nice and did what she could. Rooms were much better than expected. Very clean. The resort is more like a community complex which gives it a good home feeling. Food was great and the bartenders even though super busy always had a great attitude. The only thing I can really complain about was that the pool bar was closed on the 4th of July and when we wanted to rent a cabana the front desk who was there at the time had no idea what to do. she didn't even know the outside pool bar was closed so she kept sending me there for the Cabana.. other than that, we really enjoyed our stay
