I loved the hospitality and overall friendliness from everyone, from the staff, to maintenance. I loved everything.

Localization Terrible cleaning, one of garbage bins full of toilet paper. They did not share the address before you get there. Very unpolite people.

We had an amazing time ,the facility was spotless very roomy and great access to everything you may need.

The location was very convenient for Disney Parks. Pool was heated and had sufficient sunbeds for guest and good facilities around the pool area for example, toilets, shower and bar. Our villa was in an unacceptable condition upon arrival and appeared to have been poorly maintained. When we first entered the villa, there were an excessive number of dead flies on the carpet in the master room and balcony area. The situation was so bad that we were unable to use the balcony. I reported this on four separate occasions before any action was taken by housekeeping. What was particularly frustrating was being told by staff that this was 'normal' and that I would have to accept it. Had a hoover been available, I would have cleaned it myself rather than repeatedly chasing. The property was visibly unclean throughout, with stains on carpets, furniture and curtains. All the patio doors were covered in dirt and had clearly not been cleaned for some considerable time. The patio area floor was extremely dirty, with mould present in places, further indicating a lack of regular cleaning and maintenance. When reporting problems to staff, they were very dismissive and unhelpful.

Room was ample size. I'm not sure they cleaned all the rooms or checked the linens betwren stays. The bedspread/sheet on 2nd twin bed was wet and seemed to smell of urine.Unfortunately asking for extra pillows was a difficult task ask and they did not supply enough towels for the stay.

Everything was perfect. Second time we stayed at regal oaks and for sure next time we go to Disney we’re staying here as well. All utensils were great, great bed, great shower, everything was super clean and perfect ! We saw some super cute dears almost every morning which was a super bonus win. Nothing to complain about.

If my plan was to be at the resort without other plans, I may rethink my stay—only because not having slides open for my son was disappointing. But using as our relaxation days away from the parks, it was fine. The townhome was great and the staff were friendly!

Location Nothing was wrong

Food at "Zac's" was surprisingly delicious and well priced. A convenient option to pick up to go after a long day at Disney. Our condo smelled musty, fridge was warm when we arrived so we couldn't put geoceries in it for a good 12 hrs it took to cool it down. Hot tub was also tepid, couldn't use it until 2nd night after turning heat up. Had to make AC freezing downstairs in order to be somewhat comfortable upstairs. No ceiling fans, air felt stale. Overall just a run down and musty feeling in our condo. I think it's the "luck of the draw" which unit you get. But resort restaurant was great, and kids loved the pool.
