A-1 Budget Motel

For the price it was OK for a spot to sleep the night before continuing on. The room seemed clean, we got in very late, turned on the hvac and I was hit with a faint but still there urine smell. Too hot to not have any air so I kept it on. One of the pillows also had the same smell. Bed was not very comfortable and the frame made a bunch of noise when standing up or laying down. Slept a few restless hours(between road noise and other guests leaving early)and decided it was time to get going. Breakfast was not much to write home about. Honey buns or a little cereal. Coffee was also not drinkable. Staff was friendly enough. Overall not worth the price but it did serve the purpose we needed it for. Will probably stay elsewhere next time.

My husband and I stopped here on our way to Bend. Even though we got in late, staff were available to check us in. Room was clean, and everything was operational. Continental breakfast was a bit limited, but it worked for us to grab something quick before we got back on the road. Overall, everything was great for what we needed.

For the price and the bugs in Klamath falls I would have thought that my room was going to be riddled with these little things. But not one in my room. Cleanliness was excellent and room was perfect.

Very clean and a quiet place to stay

The staff upgraded my room from single queen to double queen bed with no extra pay. And she is nice

The cleanest place. Covered parking and spot directly in front of room. Room large and nice view. Highly recommended!

Excellent little motel. Very clean, and the owners are super kind.

Our interactions with the staff were great. Our room was clean and well equipped. My only complaint is that the mattresses in the room were very firm. That's just a personal preference thing, so I wouldn't worry if you like your bed that way.

Noisy road traffic. Had to run the fan to drown out the traffic noise. Could use a couple more pillows. Only 2 & they were very flat.

Very clean, friendly staff, good place to stop. Right in the highway but quiet at the back! Thanks for a great dog friendly stop!

The woman who checked us into the hotel was very pleasant and helpful!

Continental breakfast, (instant coffee though, ick). Went to Starbucks 4 miles away. Or can go to Pilot or Loves right across street. Half the price of other motels! Will definitely use again!

Clean room for a good price

Room was nice an clean. Hotel employee were very nice.

Nice, clean property for a budget hotel.

Check in staff was very curt and harsh. Room was very small. Television was very small. Worst thing was room had a very strong veterinarian office smell (dog) that caused a very severe allergic reaction for both me and my wife. Wife had severe respiratory issue with airway reaction despite inhaler use. We ended up leaving within an hour of checking in. Should have asked for a refund.

We loved how it came with a normal size fridge to keep your perishables vs mini fridge/freezer.
