I showed up and my reservation was cancelled and they never told me. They realized the mistake and took care of it. We got lucky with arguing to get put up in one of their rooms. Overall, they did let us stay with a small fight to get what we wanted. No amenities. Overall a give them a C-.

Motel Room was INFESTED — with ROACHES! [See: Other Review — for a Full Explanation!]

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

I don't know how they're Open for Business, after discovering that My Room was INFESTED — with ROACHES! If my room was just as bad, then I don't even want to consider how bad the rest of the Motel was! [Antagonist]: “But, you stayed an Extra Night!” Only because I was TRAUMATIZED from the incident, and didn't have the energy to vacate the premises — after suffering a Panic Attack, from the Incident! [Antagonist]: “Surely, the Motel staff are not aware of this problem!” It makes No Difference: the Housekeeping Staff needs to Report these issues to the Office — regardless… otherwise, they could lose their jobs! THE MOTEL NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN AND THOROUGHLY FUMIGATED — BEFORE THEY'RE ALLOWED TO HAVE ANY MORE GUESTS! THIS IS A HEALTHCODE VIOLATION!

    Very poor

We did not like anything. Breakfast was bad and no taste to anything. For a Super 8, this was a terrible location. The bed was not very comfy. There weren’t enough towels. The breakfast wasn’t terrible, coffee was not hot, not a lot of options for breakfast. The staff wasn’t that friendly but moderate. The bathroom was blocked. There are three floors but no elevators. Save money and don’t stay here.

When I got to my room the deadbolt was engaged leaving the door propped open. Multiple rooms on the floor were in the same condition. I do not enjoy going into an unsecured room while traveling. Other than that, the hotel is what you would expect for the price point, a little run down but functional.

POOR PRODUCT. FRONT DESK UNHELPFUL. HANDICAPPED room—-DOWN a flight of 10 steep stairs. Ill equipped room. Only one bath towel. No hand towels. No wash clothes. Window box heat/cooling unit—SO LOUD very difficult to sleep. Courtesy breakfast mediocre AT BEST. OVERALL—— will not stay at or recommend SUPER 8 ever again. In fact, SUPER 8 should be ashamed.

I liked the friendly welcome but about an hour after checking in someone had a key and came in my room while I was there. They saw me and immediately walked back out. Front desk admitted to giving them the wrong room #. This place definitely needs to be remodeled. There was a hole in the shower and the shower curtain and carpet were badly stained. The breakfast was cold cereal and waffle you put in the toaster. This was not what I'm used to with Super 8. I probably won't be coming back here.

We stayed here passing through on our way to and from Lake Tahoe and we opted to get the cheapest hotel because we weren’t going to be there for long. The rooms were extremely dirty. You can tell they haven’t had a good deep clean since maybe the 90’s. It smelled like cigarettes and we got a room that wouldn’t close from the outside unless you slammed it. I wouldn’t say I felt like we were in danger, but it definitely did not feel safe. There were questionable characters all over the place. Will not be staying here again.

I chose it cause it is close to the hospital. The whole place has an odor. They only provided two bath towels in a queen suite. Not even a bar of soap. I felt itchy the whole time. The carpet is old and gross. Smells dirty. There’s a lot of questionable traffic.

    Pleasant

The bed was soft, the ac was cold, it didn't smell funny.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The room wasn't very clean. Base of lamps next to beds were gross. You could tell things weren't wiped down.

This was the worst Super 8 I stayed in room 111. I have ever stayed at, bar none. The exterior was filthy. There were stray cats everywhere. There was trash all along the perimeter. The room stunk to high heaven. Smelled like a cat box. I went to Walmart and bought air fresheners and spray. The tub had black dirty rings in it. The chair was so stained we covered it with a plastic bag before sitting on. There was enough toilet paper for 2 uses. There was one towel and one washcloth. Luckily we had some tissue and our own pillows. I will attach some pictures. The dog wasn’t even willing to stay. If we would have had a choice we would have left.

It was easy to find and 10 minutes from family, right next to subway and a gas/truck stop. My room keys barely worked on the outside doors and stopped working on the second day. I had to go down to get let in only to be told my key was active, which didn't work for any doors. The housekeeping let my uncle in and didn't check id or anything and the room was under my name only. I asked for a first floor got an email saying I would get a second floor only to be put on the 3rd floor which resulted in my grandma having to stay with family as she couldn't climb up 3 flights of stairs. I also asked for a non smoking only to be placed in a smoking room which as an ex smoker whatever but my uncle shouldn't have to deal with that. We didn't shower as the tub had dead bugs in the soap spot. The box springs were gross with stains. The chair was ripped a lot. I have stayed at many super 8 in the last decade and this is 1 I will never recommend. As a former housekeeper you need to train your employees better.

Great price and they allow pets. Took my two cats on a vacation....and my wife is suppose.lol No coffee pot in the room. Only 1 towel in my room. A bit dirty too. No elevator for a 3 story building. Breakfast was cereal and wrapped bread and bagels. The coffee was good though. I also had to take out the dirty filter in the ac to make it work. A bit of maintenance is needed at your hotel
