Majestic Inn And Suites

This place is fine if you’re just staying a night, but for three nights there were a few things that didn’t work. For example, the shower water pressure was the worst Ive ever seen, to the point where it was basically unusable. The shower essentially just dribbled water out and both me and my partner had to wash our hair in the sink. There was also a dead pincher bug in the bathroom, probably due to all the water that gets on the floor. Additionally, there is no vending machine like advertised. I went searching for the vending machine just to get some clean water to drink, and found the room that says “ice, laundry, vending”, but there was no vending machine in there. There was at least ice and laundry though. The last issue we had was that they wanted to charge extra to give us two keys, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with someone. Other than these things, the hotel room was generally clean and livable. If you need somewhere cheap to stop briefly for a night it works, as long as you don’t need to shower lol.

Very satisfied and content with my accomodations , looking forward to having a great time in town and seeing all there is to offer. Love to be more aquainted with the nature trails and Camp sites on location.

The floor needed some additional cleaning attention. Otherwise, the linens and the rest of the room was very clean. The location was convenient.

The staff were exceptionally kind and professional during our stay. The room was large, clean and well maintained. The location was also perfect - across from a large grocery store and multiple food options. Also one of the best rates available in Klamath Falls.

Not a thing !!! that man in the office was so fricken hateful/ rude I’ll never ever go there again you guys at booking double booked my rm so I couldn’t cancel one of them cuz I had no pin ?? and he wouldn’t help me I came in at 11 pm with my son with me he said to bad I’m not giving you a rm and I’m charging you for BOTH rms for two night this is bs and I’ll dispute this charge with my bank and he also put an addition charge of 29.99 from Florida ?!? WTH this rip off crap Whole place is a joke !!!

I came off the road at 4am was on my bike it was cold that night and was extremely tires and they wouldn't rent me a room even though I did book it on line. He said was to early to check in come back at 4pm I needed sleep then not at 4pm

The room was totally quiet even with guests on each side of me. I did notice some traffic noise when awake, but was never woken up by anything. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean room. The only peeve was the bathroom lighting was not great for shaving. Took a bit for the hot water to arrive but it was good and hot.

Cheap and easy to find. Good value. Little bit dirty and no bedside lamps.

Absolutly nothing. Everything. It was a dirty, disgusting place where the staff was unbelievably rude.

Not much. Room was VERY dirty. Did NOT feel safe AT ALL as a single female staying there. Would NOT recommend to ANYONE. Yes, it’s the cheapest hotel in the area but even then, it’s not worth it. I was there maybe 10 minutes saying to myself “it’s only one night” but could not settle my thoughts — went to the front desk and asked for a refund and went to a different hotel.

Staff was very nice, others staying were quiet. Area was close to a lot of town. Room was clean, property was small and well maintained. Neighborhood wasn’t too loud at night.

How easy it was to book it online That it doesn't say that you need a $100 deposit. That you need a physical card and you can't tap to pay. And the lady was very rude.

As always, the place was awesome. This is the 10th time. I've stayed there in the last 3 years. The people that run the place are very pleasant, always. Sociable will do anything for you. This place is highly recommended.
