Quality Inn Klamath Falls - Crater Lake Gateway

Good location, decent breakfast. Coffee maker broken in breakfast room, which no worries we understand things happen but we went to go ask kindly if there was any in the lobby and the staff snapped at my mom. There’s just no need for that either put up a sign or have a back up plan so people stop asking. And BUGS EVERYWHERE omg the laundry room there must have been over 50 dead bugs on the ground. Not sure if our room was entirely cleaned soap scum allover the counter long dark hairs on the shower wall mosquitos on the ground in the sheets. I paid $130 for one night it could have been worse but just horrible value for the cost.

Dog friendly Hotel with areas to walk dog safely. Breakfast included was simple but more than adequate ( waffles were goood!) coffe juices bagels, cereals , fruits. I’ll likely be back here again

1. The bathroom door rubes the toilet, just a wood plane and paint would resolve this issue. 2. parking on this limited lot was a challenge. 3. This one really was an issue. I had to leave the TV on 24 hours. The TV was new and they would not leave the new TV remote. You had the Direct TV remote, where the Direct TV remote could turn the TV off but not on. I had to get the manager two times to turn the TV on. I lost a lot of sleet due to this TV being on all the time.

Had everything we needed.

The rooms are completely filthy. Bugs caked all over the smoke detector, ripped curtains with black stains, stained sheets, caked on dirt and only God knows what all over the walls.

Room curtains were dirty and stained. Attention should be given to detailed cleaning. Swarms of mosquitoes right outside the room, and many of them entered the room as soon as the door was open. Management should have controlled that or provided mosquito spray.

Room was a connecting room to the one next to us. Might as well have not had a door between the two because it sounded like the people next door were in the room with us. Midge flies are out this time of year so you have to go in and out of your room quickly to keep them out.

Everything was wonderful. Only thing was a broken ice machine front counter gave me some ice but it was a sold bock that i had to break up and it wouldn't. Other then that everything was great

Our cards didn’t work to unlock the doors until the 4th set was tried. That’s right-3 times we had to go through getting them and them not working. The person helping was nice and friendly, but that’s a lot of time and frustration. We had a suite with a tub, so it was figure it out or downgrade so I’m glad they figured it out. Breakfast was very basic but tidy. Good coffee!

Great stay for a mid road trip! The pool was awesome and kept my kids happy as can be. The beds/room were perfect for the price! The breakfast had enough choice that even my picky youngest found breakfast!

People screaming next door to us all night. The pool area and pool water had a very foul smell. Breakfast wasn’t very good nor did it have enough options.

Room was clean and pool was nice

The breakfast was adequate The shower/toilet were in a very small space separate from the sink. There were no soap holders in the shower. I felt the whole room wasn't very clean at all, found a hair on the towel bar and a wedge of soap (not ours) behind the faucet. There was no stopper in the sink so was worried something would fall in. In general, a shabby environment.

All in all, good. Staff r good. Clean n quiet.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the only issue during our stay. When we checked in, the toilet was dirty. I called the front desk and was told the cleaners had already left. They said it would be cleaned the next day, but even after housekeeping came, the toilet was still not cleaned. Between the poor cleanliness and the lack of urgency in handling a valuable lost item, this was a very frustrating experience. I expected much better customer service and attention to guest concerns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.
