Quality Inn Klamath Falls - Crater Lake Gateway

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the only issue during our stay. When we checked in, the toilet was dirty. I called the front desk and was told the cleaners had already left. They said it would be cleaned the next day, but even after housekeeping came, the toilet was still not cleaned. Between the poor cleanliness and the lack of urgency in handling a valuable lost item, this was a very frustrating experience. I expected much better customer service and attention to guest concerns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Location, friendliness of staff It’s a bit tired

Staff were good and friendly enough. Maintenance was poor. Paint slapped on and peeling. Very tired look, like a super budget hotel. We left and asked for a second day refund, but it was denied.

Conwebs and dead insects on the ceiling and upper walls. The full length vanity mirror on the bathroom removed and leaning against the wall. No shampoo in the wall bottles. Staff toes not monitor the breakfast and do not refill food items even when asked. 7 am one boiled egg left no waffle batter. 8 am still none.

Very clean It was very expensive for the pealing paint, food smell, and loud neighbors

Comfortable beds. Price Dirty floor. It was vacuumed but not mopped, curtains were filthy

Not a breakfast person.

The breakfast was mediocre at best. Location was great. The stairs were difficult to navigate (dangerous) because their height was uneven. Carrying luggage up those uneven steps was too challenging. That caused my wife to fall, hitting her shin against a step. The bruise is still visible and is causing her pain and discomfort.

The breakfast was good (especially their yogurts). Coffee, toast, juices, eggs, pancakes… N/a

The pool was excellent. The water just the perfect temperature. Room was clean. and it had an actual small freezer in the refrigerator, which kept my stuff frozen. The breakfast was okay, but could use more options. Just had waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, hardboiled eggs, yogurt.

Front desk personnel was friendly and room was clean and comfortable. The shower curtain was too short. Water spilled all over. Flying insects outside the door.
