The room had mold on edges of bathtub, the floor had burns an stains, the hallways are dirty. There are people outside going threw garbage and looking in cars. The night staff lady was very sweet and was doing all she can, but not her fault with lack of maintenence or security

Breakfast was ok. Food seemed fresh but quality was average. Appreciate having a refrigerator in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hallways and stairways were pretty dirty. Definitely needed to be vacuumed. Wish that the bathrooms were bigger - room could have been made smaller to accommodate larger bathrooms. Pillows were not great ... pretty lumpy.

Room was clean but the hallways, stairs, elevator etc. were absolutely disgusting. It's clear that they have no system in place for regular cleaning of common areas. I'm not talking old carpet stains, I'm mean lots of trash, crumbs, smears, gross stuff! Beds/pillows were comfortable. Got to breakfast right before 9:30 but it was already wrapped up so can't say if it was good or not. Staff members were eating and it look decent. Common areas are filthy. Breakfast ended early with a couple of staff members eating big plates of food while my wife and I looked for food that wasn't there...we went out to eat instead which kills the value of a decent priced room with a continental breakfast.

Overall for the money, I think this was an incredibly pleasant stay. It was super clean, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

great place to stay. For me quiet clean rooms makes a difference and these were nice clean and quiet. Breakfast was great. We tend to stay at BW when we can because it save us from going out to eat somewhere because I am not a big breakfast eater, and we are usually in a hurry to get back on the road as we travel. You can serve yourseve as much or as little breakfast as you want

The staff was very prompt and responsive to my needs, the room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was the best I had in my recent travels. It would have been nice to have more than two handicapped parking spaces, but I was able to get a fairly close spot.

The toilets are too low for senior people.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was very helpful and personable. We especially liked the cookies and milk in the lobby between 8 & 10 pm.

THE ROOM WAS DIRTY, THE BLANKETS WERE TORN AND DIRTY, BREAKFAST WAS NO GOOD, THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH, THE ELEVATOR WASN'T WORKING, I PAY TO MUCH $250 A NIGHT, I SHOULD STAY AT MOTEL 6 FOR $150 BUT I DECIDE BEST WESTERN SOUND BETTER, FOR SURE A WASN'T WORTH IT $250 A NIGHT. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Best hotel to stay at. Super friendly, always clean and they serve an amazing spread for breakfast. This place is run right.

OK place to stay Wasn’t worth over $200. Was the most expensive on my 10 day trip. Stayed in much nicer for a lot less
