Staff was great. Breakfast was good, wish they had a waffle or pancake station for the price point.

Overpriced. Breakfast food quality and selection marginal. We attempted to check in at 3 PM and room was not ready. Had to wait 30 minutes. We visit Klamath Falls about twice yearly and will not stay there again.

nice facilities, great staff, close to downtown. for me it was a little bit too modern and sterile. maybe a few more non-corporate looking touches some more panoramic photos, etc.
