Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Klamath Falls

This property met all the standards of cleanliness in the room, breakfast area, pool, lobby and work out center. Very pleased.

The staff was awesome. The rooms were clean. No issues.

The location is great.

So simple about breakfast

I always stay here when I’m passing through the area and it’s always worth it. Great rooms and facilities within easy walking to town.

Great location and clean hotel.

We stayed in a King Room with a sofa bed, which was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is decent but can be better. Parking is spacious and convenient. One thing I was not satisfied with was the check-in experience. Although we had booked a room with a lake view, which was very important to us, we were told that no lake-view rooms were available when we checked in. Check-out was better than check-in.

Breakfast was good.

The best part there was an ev charger. Clean room, good breakfast.

Great location, just beside the lake view. The property was clean and well-maintained. Pretty good breakfast.

Unfortunately, this review is not what I like to write. Upon entry, at 4:30 pm (check-in being at 3 pm), the receptionist was in another room and slowly sauntered to the desk, as if I was an inconvenience. I had requested a lake view room on the 4th floor. He told me that they had 70 checkouts that day and had only 1 room available at that time as the housekeepers were still working. I asked how long before a room on a higher floor would be available. He stated about 30 minutes. I agreed to wait. Immediately, he stated that all of the King Standard rooms with a lake view on a higher floor were already booked and occupied, so waiting was not an option. I took the room on the 1st floor. The room smelled and looked clean upon entering. Once settled, I found the shower door had water streaks that had been there a long time. I chose not to use the shower. Breakfast was unlike what was pictured, mostly cereal, yogurt and toast options. There was a pan of pork sausage, one of scrambled eggs, one of biscuits and one of sausage gravy. Eggs it was.

The location is great. We enjoyed walking around the lake and sitting by the firepit. The room was clean and the shower was really great!! Breakfast was better than most.

This is a lovely, new facility. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We used the laundry facilities which were nice. Breakfast was good!

Pool was small and crowded. Breakfast was good. Beds were ok.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff are professional.

This was a nice surprise….right on the lake in an area that is obviously going through an uplift. Hotel is pretty new and the breakfast was just fine. Workout facility was limited but I at least was able to get a sweat.

very very clean hotel right on Klamaths Lake.

Hotel location was great. Walkable to several stores & restaurants. Also easy access to the fwy & main roads. Room was clean & big. Bathroom was also clean & big. There’s only a very small fridge in the room & limited places to hang towels. Breakfast was good.
