Bathroom infested with bugs. Afraid to step on the floor. No one there to check out in the morning. Never again.

parking was plentiful and location was great. check in was easy and great restaurant was just across the parking lot

The location to downtown was excellent. Breakfast at the waffle house was very good. Great service. We really appreciated the refrigerator in our room since we were traveling with meals that needed to stay cool.

My husband and I were guests at two weddings in one weekend, one in California and one in Oregon. Due to our traveling from one to the next, we could not check into the hotel until 2:00AM. We called ahead of time to make sure this would be okay and sure enough, the staff made our middle of the night check in seamless. It was very appreciated with how tired we were!

I stayed here as a solo female motorcyclist and the front desk staff were very accommodating about giving me a ground-floor room where my bike was parked right outside my window, out of sight from the road, and could be chained to a post. The room was better than I was expecting for the price, and the bed was comfy. I didn't use the kitchen but it seemed to be well-equipped. I would stay here again when passing through Klamath Falls!

Staff was super sweet and even upgraded me at check in. Great rooms and recently remodeled. This of my second time here. I’d stay again!

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms. Only negative is having to carry luggage up stairs.
