All that was good, but the greatest thing was finding full ice trays in the freezer ready for us to us. I have never been given that attention before. Thank you! Keep up the great job!
-
We had two dogs and the room was fantastic. It was big enough for my teens, and dogs which made staying here great! We didn't use the pool, but my kids went to the waffle restaurant next door and loved it!
-
The room nice, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely book there again.
-
I would stay there again.
-
Lobby closed until 11 am - no one around to ask questions regarding travel, locale.

My room had a full kitchen with utensils and my room was so clean and comfortable and the staff were so nice! It was very quiet and I’ll definitely go back again! No elevator for 2nd floor rooms but no biggie
-
The staff was super polite and helpful, the rooms were large-ish and clean, comfortable beds— simple, but just what we needed. nothing
-
Room ok, but not so good.
-
Clean and great location Realty nothing
-
clean, spacious room. Really nice desk staff. Warm, clean pool!

It was very clean inside. The sheets and bathroom were very clean. The outside property defiantly needed some cleaning. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I loved that there was a Waffle House right on the property.
-
The kitchen The room was large, but empty...it really needed some more furniture, especially a couch and/or chairs.
-
Large rooms, great location. Bed was a bit soft
-
The location of this hotel is great for walking distance to downtown Bend. Its very clean, modern, and perfect for a Bend trip.
-
The room was great, other than the door lock. Total junk.
-
Clean, spacious The refrigerator was noisy.
-
Couldn't find it... Not good. Both beds squeaked. The first room was dirty.

I thought the room was overall nice, clean, and convenient, but the shower didn’t have a shelf so I had no where to put my toiletries. Also when we first entered, the toilet had a toilet paper wrap inside which was a little weird. I would prefer a keycard rather than a number pad. That being said, the bed was comfortable, I liked the AC/heater unit, and the location was very convenient!

We got there late, and we got in and had time to eat at the Waffle House next door. The kids wanted to swim and we only had about 20 minutes, so the woman(manager/owner?) there kindly had them keep the pool open later for us. It was so sweet and it really made the kids’ day. The rooms were clean and large and it was very relaxing for the short time we were there. It was well worth the reasonable price.

Despite the leaning foundations, they compensated with trim and leveled tubs, kitchens, etc. A bargain with comfort while traveling. Ill be back to explore the area or just to see crater lake.
