Ok

Rooms had just been re-done and we're very acceptable and clean. Iron and board and new hairdryer. Located near city hall. Across the street was "Waffle Hut" with lots of different food, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Large portions and good prices. Area of hotel was okay but there were some homeless people around. None bothered us on our 2 day stay. The price of our stay was excellent.

Convenient to the highway. They are working on improvements, but the building is in very rough shape. Lots of homeless around, and dogs were loud next door.
-
The walls were very thin and you could hear everything. The Wifi did not work.

good A/C, super friendly, very clean and thoughtful details

Nothing

Clean reasonable price Adjacent room left their tv volume loud on all night
-
Location Some leftover from prior guests in the fridge, many outlets not working, side room no AC 3rd floor no elevator, dirty stairs, bathroom fan cover popping out as well the outlet in the bathroom

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The parking was terrible and the location felt unsafe. There were homeless people at the park across the street and druggies walking around the property at night. As a single woman I was uncomfortable and chose another location for the following night. It's a shame because the location is downtown and in walking distance from museums and restaurants.

Nothing , I'm sorry, but we didn't like the room. We arrived tired and just wanted a shower and to rest, but the bathtub was very dirty, the curtains were dirty, there were stains everywhere, even in the microwave. I would really like a refund.

We rented a room that was unavailable due to a maintenance issue. We were given a conjoined room which was great. However the bathroom sink did not work, the toilet clogged easily, the shower was clogged and the blow dryer did not work in one of the rooms. The doors that joined the rooms were very loud and so was the door to the bathroom. Was an ok stay for the one night we were there but any longer than that would have not been a good stay.

Loud upstairs neighbors at 1 am

Clean room, comfortable beds, not many options in the area this was solid. Across the street from the Waffle Hut, amazing place for a wide variety of food options. Highly recommend visiting. Close to downtown which had frozen yogurt and a cafe.

The other reviews told us about the outside of the property. It is an older property. True to what we were told, the outside is a bit beat up, but it is clearly in the process of being renovated. However, the inside of the room was completely and totally spotless. The bedding on the bed is fantastic. It is the kind that they pull off every single thing and wash it every single time. It is clearly freshly washed. The floors were spotless. The bathroom was spotless. The lady at the front desk was wonderful. Although they didn’t have breakfast there was fresh brewed coffee at 6:30 am and off we went. My partner said the bed was really comfortable. I was too exhausted to care. I wish we had longer to sleep and stay in the area. It is really pretty in this area!

The people at the front desk are extremely nice and helpful.

Staff was friendly, but room was strange. 3rd bed in separate room, but extra doors and weird gaps. Parking lot is strange. They are working on repairing the place, but not as expected.

Horrible

The photos made it seem like we would have a view, but we did not. The room was fine for the price, and the person at the desk was very friendly and helpful, but given the beauty of the area that we could not see, and the tornado of midges, I would choose another lodging next time.

The staff was exceptional. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Everything worked really well. We were very happy with our stay and will stay there again. It might be time to put in a walk in accessibility tub for the handicapped room. Maybe add some lighting above the bathroom sink area too would have been nice. Otherwise I can’t think of anything else.

The staff was excellent and facility needs to be upgraded big-time. Buildings need to be worked on, rooms need to be upgraded, TV remote did not work correctly, needed one or two more trash cans. It was sad to see the buildings falling apart.
