The free breakfast was excellent.

While I support all of our first responders, 2 of my children are, I just felt repped off with the extremely high price.

Clean and great bed. Would be 5 stars except no n room coffee maker and our room was next to the elevator which we heard all night. It wasn’t super loud, but loud enough.

Clean, updated, friendly staff, and the breakfast Bed could be more comfortable but mainly there should be a small table and two chairs so guests have a place to play cards.

I stayed in three different Holiday Inn Express & Suites on this trip and this was the best one. The facilities were well kept, the staff were exceptional (one staff member even took a photo for me with stuffed animals my kids had sent with me, it made their day), I love the coffee machines in the lobby, it was a great trip! There was no garbage can by the toilet. Very inconvenient. I also think the counters by the coffee machines could be better streamlined. If the mix ins for the coffee were to one side of the coffee machines instead of in the middle, and there were Al cups available by both machines, I don’t think the coffee line would get quite so backed up in the morning.

Was has dust under the beds . it was not that clean washroom had stains and room .

Had to wait until 4 45 to check in because room wasn't ready yet.

breakfast was good. locations was most important while still being clean and comfortable for a family of 6 the price was double what I paid for other holiday inn express locations during our trip. also, I thought I had booked a room with 3 queen beds, but we were given a room with 2 queens and a pullout sofa (they are never comfortable).

Bed very comfortable. Cleaned daily. Good parking. Breakfast excellent for this type of hotel.
