A little dated, but very pleasant. Very clean. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Building and rooms are well maintained and clean, but very dated. Carpets need replacing and tub needs patching or replaced. Breakfast was good. Coffee was tasty. Waffles, eggs biscuits and gravy along with the usual breakfast items. The carpets in the dining area are gross and should be replaced with laminate.flooring. Overall our stay was good. I would stay there again.

Very good for solo traveler. Beware GPS took me to downtown Klamath Falls; the motel is on the south end of the main road.

Close parking and room was easily accessible Our first room had a major water leak, had to call the front desk from my cell phone because the phone in the room didn’t work. We had to pack our stuff and go to the front desk to get a key to a different room.

Very nice and friendly staff! Very, very quiet stay even though the hotel was full over the Labor Day weekend. Great big rooms and very comfortable beds and pillows. The whole family slept great. Warm indoor pool and a hot jacuzzi. Typical but very good hotel breakfast which was well attended to by a nice man each day.

Rooms were a bit outdated and worn but were clean and practical. Several maintenance issues were in need of improvement such as the jets in the hot tub, the gym weight rack had a pin stuck in the 15 pound weight so it could not be adjusted and one of the exit doors was difficult to open. Unfortunately there was not a set of sheets and blanket for the pull out bed and they didn’t seem to have many but the night lady found one in a spare room. The pool was nice and the location is good for KF. Thermostat worked well.

The property is older & could use some updates. For instance, the gym could use a couple of mats, a chair, some free weights & a tread mill. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. Parking was super easy.

Breakfast was okay, good variety. Inside of the building showed sign of some resent improvements. Our room surprised us as it happened to a room that had been updated in the last couple of years. Location was a little to industrial and the outside of the building really showed it's age.
