We stayed here because it was a descent hotel to stay close enough about 50 min drive to Lava Bed National Monument. It was also convenient around downtown Klamath Falls and some shopping centers around the area. So if you're traveling and needed dining spots, gas, and refill on supplies, this place is pretty central. Overall good stay.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean

Room was absolutely terrible only AC was a window unit that didnt do anything for.the room. Booked a suite couldnt use the living room it was absolutely to hot. The bed had hair in it the bathroom was disgusting. Walked in turned around and informed the front desk that I would not be staying there and walked out requested a refund and I have yet to hear anything from any manager.

Staff was great Hot tub still closed and people in hall and next door were super loud
-
Poorly maintained smelly rooms Bathrooms are not badly maintained and could not wait to checkout next morning
-
I went to check in and Expedia booked me for the wrong day. There we zero rooms available so I was forced to find another hotel. Hopefully Expedia will refund me a stay that never happened.

Homeless used the lobby bathroom, water and coffee during the morning breakfast period. It was weird. People at the front desk didn't do anything. This side of town had a lot of homeless people. There was a fight between a homeless man and two customers at the front checkout at the nearby Fred Meyer store when we were in there too. If you are travelling with family, I would advise staying at another part of town. We left Klamath Falls earlier than we had planned due to this part of town feeling like a zombie apocalypse.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. White stains on the bedskirt, dirty drapes, dirty baseboards in bathroom, weeds throughout front of hotel. Our sink couldn’t drain without manually lifting the drain stopper front under the sink. We skipped breakfast because waffle griddles needed a good cleaning. Staff is all friendly, but only staff wearing name tags indicating they worked there was front counter staff. Other staff members indicated they worked there by saying hello but did not look dressed as though they were coming to work that day. I did let staff know of cleanliness concerns with room. Was not worth what we spent to stay there and will never return.

The staff was friendly, helpful. The room was a good size, clean. I wish it was another TV in the leaving room in addition to the one that already was in the bedroom..

It was a place to rest my head. I feel the price is way out of line for Klamath Falls. That lies with the owner. Greed...

Great place. very nice staff. good breakfast. nice pool and workout room. easy parking and access. room was very quiet. shower was great. really can't think of anything negative. The microwave gave off a smell of curry when I used it but that was her issue. perfect place for a couple nights in klammath falls or just passing thru...

Unkempt and ran down - not to stay at again.

Didn't have a safe feeling while entering the hotel. The hot tub was not working.

A little confusing to get to the hotel, as there is anther hotel in front of it and the signage isn't quite clear. Room was nice. Beds both rolled to the middle. Doesn't make for a restful night as not wanting to roll under your partner. Breakfast was typical. Not a big fan of egg pancakes. Place was quiet.
