There was mold smell in our room the air was heavy with moisture and the carpets was damp with it. It caused my husband to have issues breathing so we checked out a day early and I have yet to hear about a refund. We talk to other guest in our floor and their rooms was the same!

This hotel is nice and clean and in a great location. The pools are nice.

The staff was very friendly. You had to ask for towels because if you don’t stay 3 days or more they don’t come in to change them out. No chairs for the balcony rooms.

The boy at the front desk was very helpful and the outdoor pool was nice for the kids, but The rooms were disgusting.

The hallways and common areas were filthy. The breakfast was anything but good. Beds were very uncomfortable. Will not stay at this location again in the future. Very disappointed.

Terribly dirty!! The back of the bathroom door was peeling off. Walls were filthy. The elevator floors were so bad they put a rug in there, which was also frayed and dirty. I would never stay the again. I almost left.

Room smelled horrible and it was the first room next to the lobby. Very poor room overall, bathroom was the worst I have stayed in. Staff was unfriendly at best No soap in the bathroom and didn’t even want to ask the front desk, we preferred to just leave and never come back. Breakfast just fine. Wasn’t expecting a lot but the reviews on this app are a bit misleading for sure.

Room was very clean. Breakfast not bad but ran out of some things on Saturday morning. Nice hotel was 2nd time staying there.
