I have never stayed at La Quinta where I haven't loved the stay!! Especially the beds!!! I have a bad back (fusions from L2-S1) and normally I sleep in a recliner! But their beds are so comfortable I slept all night without having any pain when I woke up!! Plus their Continental breakfasts are wonderful!! I won't stay any place else!!

We felt that our over all experience was good. The hole was clean and everything worked. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept. We did use the outdoor pool and it was clean and nice. We liked the fact that they provide towels for the pool area also. We traveled with our dog and where ha happy that they had two dog stations with bags and a can for the bags. The breakfast was good especially since it's included with the room.the only issue we had was the mattress in our room was somewhat wore but I've definitely had worse. We would definitely stay again if in the area and would recommend it.

Good price for a good hotel in a good location. It’s just a few miles to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smokies. Food on this part of town is far enough away that you’re paying regular prices and not tourist prices. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit.

They did not do housekeeping any of the days, no clean towels or linen, no soap in the shower all empty bottles!! It was terrible

pet friendly (and very kind towards my dogs), clean room, breakfast was good (especially in comparison to other "free" continental breakfasts I've had at other hotels in the area)( Wish they had just a little more area for walking the dogs (bathroom)

The Room was ok but the next morning a roach was climbing up the wall. You could. Def. tell it was a pet hotel. The breakfast was awful, the gravy and orange juice was def. too watery.Hopefully I will never stay there again

I was charged a smoking fee and I 1000% did not smoke in the hotel. I smoked before and probably smelled like smoke when I returned

We loved the location, and the rooms are nice. The WiFi SUCKS, it stinks in the building, and the key to our room kept deactivating.

Close to places for tourists but out of town for a more quiet feel. Very loud. Room was a king suit on 1st floor. We literally were part of the lobby. Only night of good rest on our 4 day trip was the night before we left.
