Older hotel that showed some wear and tear. Staff was friendly and breakfast was hot and plentiful.

Very nice property which was in a very good location for Tennessee football game. Also we’re close to Dollywood. The breakfast buffet is very good. Several restaurants very close, bar next door so had all I needed for my weekend stay!

Staff members were wonderful. The rooms can use a bit of an upgrade. Slightly moldy in bathroom.

We had a great week at Clarion Inn; we will definitely return! The breakfast was Ok, but no complaints with our room. Actually not complaining about the breakfast, just wasn’t very tasty.

Everything was great except for the elevators need to be replaced out worked on they were very very very slow and would try and shut on you before you could get in or out of them.

I would absolutely stay here again! The property is lovely and everyone on the staff was so friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent (loved having hot blueberry pie as one of the options)!

The property is definitely starting to show some age. I felt our room wasn’t as clean as it could have been. It wasn’t awful by any means…just could’ve had some improvements. The weather wasn’t great for us to use any of the outdoor pools or anything but they looked beautiful and seemed easy to get to from our room. The breakfast was delicious!

The building is beautiful inside and out. It was the most confortable bed we had on the trip and the bathroom was great! Our room had a balcony that overlooked a river.

I was given a handicap room because they said they were sold out. They were catering to a car show. When we got in our room, AC did not work. We will not stay there again.

I love this hotel. It's always clean and has plenty for breakfast. We were there for 2 days and everything was perfect. We will definitely be back soon!

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. It's an old hotel and is showing some wear, but I loved the spaciousness of the rooms and the price point. I've spent way more per night for a small room.

Location. Friendly staff. Amenities No room for any toiletries in the shower and the smell of their laundry detergent was awful. Also room was not properly cleaned. My 1 yr old found a pill under a nightstand.

The only thing I didn't like was the balcony was full of spiders. The two chairs you could not sit in due to spiders and their webs.
