From check in to check out it was a pleasant experience. Everything about the room was clean. We loved the balcony. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept on in years! Staff was very friendly, and the grounds were kept clean.

The hotel was beautiful and the exterior was just gorgeous Could have used more space for breakfast but the breakfast was delicious.

Such a cute place, clean, friendly staff and good breakfast We were on the 3rd floor and somebody had to be smoking pot. The odor was really bad at the elevator area and we think it was a staff person.

It was a nice building and the outdoor lazy river was nice. There were ants in the bathroom and the hotel is somewhat old and not updated.

Indoor and outdoor pools were both nice, lazy river was a nice addition too. Hot tub was super hot but also enjoyed. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options even waffles. Staff very helpful and friendly.

It was clean and neat. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels, maid was nice and friendly, breakfast was good, the kids loved the indoor pool. I will return again The indoor pool could have been a little cleaner, but ova all it was good

Conveniently located near the Sevierville Convention Center. Parking area for truck & trailers. Breakfast area was nice. We typically stay at this hotel For a Hardware convention that we attend about three times a year. This visit was not the best, due to ants On the wall near the refrigerator and a few in the bathroom. The mattress was horrible. It had a big hump on the left side of the mattress facing the TV Which made it for several bad nights sleep. I felt like I was going downhill And had to get a pillow to put in that area to make it more comfortable. We have stayed here several times in the last couple years and did not have issues, but this time was different. When I was checking out, I also heard another Guest Complaining that they were ants in their room also. We were on the 2nd floor. Other than that, the stay was OK.

Ni s hotel and good location with indoor and outdoor pools Someone had left pet in room and dog barked late night and early morning. We reported it twice

The location was nice it's not in the mix of the hustling of the tourist attractions but yet has many place to eat from without have to stand in long line just to crab a bite it's also near the Soakey Mountain water park which is why I choose this location. Let me not forget the indoor pool that is available for use all night. The staff is very friendly and super nice, and the complimentary hot apple cider was a very nice change not every one drinks coffee. The hotel is very outdated as far as the rooms. The room I was given had a moldy smell to it. I immediately got the impression that there was a leak in the walls or the old carpet needed replacing. But for two days it was not worth complaining about. I just went to Bath and Body Works and purchased a candle and lit it when we were in the room. And the selection of Tv channels is just truly boring. Please update the tvs. I am pretty sure that most visitors have subscription to their personal steaming apps and can log into them. That anly would make the stay just a little dit more comfortable. The outside eating area is small, and the heavy rod iron furniture can diffently use a good repainting or replaced it is hard to move a chair and hold you food at the same time.

We rebooked here from another inn that was in nasty shape and what a difference it was! The hotel was clean and well-maintained and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Our room overlooked the river and we loved watching the sunset there. We will definitely stay there again when passing through! Absolutely loved our stay.

Its a beautiful place, we will be staying again in the future I wish it was a longer trip.

Clean and quiet - away from the congestion of the touristy stuff, but close enough to get to everything. The indoor pool open 24 hours is very nice. Pools are a bit small, but nice to hang out in, especially if it's raining.
