Very spacious and budget friendly. Perfect for a night's stay.

It looks pretty nice outside. You get in the room and it has a strong mildew smell. Seen two roaches in the bathroom in the middle of the night when I woke to use it. Had some hair in the bathtub and sink was almost completely clogged to the point water would rise to the top. They shouldn’t have breakfast listed as all they basically had was a muffin and coffee or orange juice. They couldn’t provide extra towels or blankets or pillow. Literally everything we asked for was denied. Definitely won’t stay there again. Only thing that was enjoyable was the pool. Probably on the fence for one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Staff was nice just had nothing to offer.

Stayed here for an event at the Sevierville Convention Center. Very convenient! A couple fast food places and a gas station nearby. Had a double double room and each bed was in its own doored room with the bathroom in between. Great if the kids need to go to bed earlier, but the parents can stay up without disturbing them. Too hot to sit out on the back balcony, but it would be nice in cooler weather. Didn't use the pool but it looked clean.

The 1st room we were given was infested with roaches (I have pictures) and smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non smoking. The room looked like it’s never been vacuumed or dusted. The Comforter had cigarette burns. It was nasty. They tried to give us another room but it was just as bad! That tells me that all of the rooms have to be this disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Bugs in rooms. Won't be returning.

Very good price for the type of rooms offered its always a good place with a relaxing creek and the wild life is a good way to relax on the back porch we will be there again soon thank you for the nice stay

Normally that is my go to stay. This time the fridge was frozen so it busted drinks and there were roaches. I was very disappointed especially with them having roaches.

It was DISGUSTING AND TERRIBLE. Stains all over the beds, dirty q-tips in the fan vents, cigarette burn holes in the comforter and stains all over the carpets/walls. We walked in and walked right back out and cancelled our stay. The front desk guy was helpful and understanding of our need to cancel, but I would avoid this place!

The rooms were not properly cleaned.

Clean, easy access, loved feeding the raccoon's. Even had a possum come one night. Loved the private balcony. Draw back. Was the door going to the bedroom by the balcony was sticking so every time you opened it to go out made lots of noise and hard to close. Pool was great and clean. Would stay there again.

Room smelled bad looked like it had not been cleaned after the last guest, trash was still in the trash cans. Rooms need to be clean and updated. Mold was in the bathroom. Balcony was VERY nasty. Checked in at 11pm and couldn't wait to check out. But will say better then sleeping in the car in 80 degree weather.

Used soap and shampoo in the shower, no toilet paper and gross floors

I love the way the rooms are set up with separate sleeping and I love the location I stay here quite often but I'm noticing a bug problem (roaches). I've reported it the last 3 times I've stayed...sorry to say I might not continue to book here.

Location Carpet and furniture stained , smelled like smoke in non smoking room. Listed as breakfast available and it was just a packaged muffin, but picture in description showed area and seating for breakfast, employee stated “oh that was before covid” - how many years ago was that!!
