Not a good breakfast

Using the GPS I found the hotel. Very dated and run down hotel and the room I stayed in. The front desk clerk was very pleasant. The room, however,was very disappointing and very dirty. The bathtub 🛀 I didn't even use, because it wasn't too clean, it was stained and had rusty parts. I will Not be returning to this particular hotel in the future.

Needs some serious TLC. Balconies are in terrible shape me shape

The breakfast

Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Desk clerk had a bad attitude!, not friendly at all! Rooms could use some updating. Would not stay here again if in area. There are many hotels in area.

Needs a little TLC; maybe some pressure washing of the outside areas and balcony areas. Some shampooing of the carpet and maintenance in rooms. Breakfast was not much of a choice. Room needed maintenance from prior damage or upkeep.

The cleanliness of the the room I was in

Our room needed a good cleaning. It had dirty sheets. Dust everywhere, even the a/c vents were nasty. Nothing to eat at the continental breakfast.

Elevator is broke, windows were pool is are broke,property is in disrepair did not stay here left and got a different motel

Great location, super clean pool you don't want to miss in hot summer day, I'm here usually Sep. Oct on my bike tour, always stay here. Food places is just next and across the street along with gas station. Always best price and friendly staff...

It needs to be upgraded and Roaches

The location was nice, the room was clean besides a few hairs it the tub they missed, soon as we got there they were pressure washing the building and guy doing it spayed us as walking by … got it the room it was so hot and humid where the ac wasn’t working… turned it down as dar as it would go but was still blowing cold air … called room service and they offered us a different room with no spa tub and I declined because that was the whole reason we rented the room to start with… he said his maintenance guy had done went home and wouldn’t be able to fix it until the next morning.So we went to Walmart and got fans just to get through the night … he said to let front desk know when we left out that morning and he would get the maintenance guy up there to fix… so we did and the guy at front desk said it would be noon or 1 before he could do that he was running late… He did come and fix it and when we got back to the room it was cooler but that being said we should have gotten some off because when we booked it it stated it had AC and it clearly did not… asked the guy when I was checking out if thry took anything off… he said no he didn’t and that that is why he offered us a different room with no spa tub I remind you … I feel like when you spend this much money for some you should be able to gwt the room you want and not hace to compromise because the things in the room are nit working … it is ridiculous … if the ac wasn’t working they should have fixed it or not rented that room out period!!’I will never stay here again and let’s nit mwntion how hard it was to wven rest with the loud pressure washer going all day !!! Just not a good place to stay at all!!! Pressure washing, getting sprayed, hot room, having to buy fans, and the staff is very rude need to work on customer service skills!!!

Roaches everywhere!! I did not sleep due to being uncomfortable! I was moved to a different room had baby Roaches in 2nd room!

There were blood stains on the carpet, windows shattered, smelled like something was molding, no shower curtains, the lights were in weird places and dint cover the whole space sinks in the bedrooms and none in the bathroom.

Traveled to Sevierville for my daughter’s majorette competition. Check in was easy. The older lady was very nice. We got in the room. It was clean but it smelled old. I bought air freshener so that was fine. The bed was comfortable, water pressure in shower was good. Everything was okay until we seen a bug and ants. I let the guy at the front desk know and he apologized.

The staff were so nice and welcoming and everyone we encountered was friendly. The location is more quiet and central. Close to Buc-ee’s with Tennessee Shine and coffee right next door, and not far from the heart of pigeon forge. Not sure if we’d ever stay again, but overall not terrible, just a little disappointing.

The room was the strangest layout I'd ever been in with 2 beds in 2 different rooms with a bathroom in the middle. It worked out ok because we had our grandkids with us. But the carpet was filthy, the tub needed to be cleaned and the balcony plastic chairs looked almost black but we're actually white so I assume they have never been cleaned... disgusting! I have stayed in much much nicer hotels for a lot less too. Wouldn't recommend.

Location They no longer have a work out room, continental breakfast, lounge room or hot tub.
