Reviews

It was a good spot for last minute plans.
-
Everything was clean and neat. Elevator did break down for a day and was on second floor and couldn't get my handi cap mother down with out the elevator. But over all I would recommend this hotel.
-
This is an older hotel that has been updated. Our room was on the third floor. The elevator worked fine when we checked in, but the next day an "out of order" sign appeared. Needless to say, I got my steps in for the duration of our stay! Breakfast area was small, but hot breakfast was kept stocked.

There were stains on all the lamp shades and curtains. We did not sleep under the sheets as we found what looked to be a small blood stain on one of the beds and the bed skirt had dead skin/dirt all over it. It clearly hasnt been changed for awhile. After my 3 year old got out of the bathtub, his feet were almost immediately black from the carpet. This was a nightly routine keeping socks on all of us as the floor was so filthy. We went to use the pool which actually closed by 9pm and not 11pm as described in the description. The hot tub looked like it may have had a green tint to the water but it was hard to tell as it was bubbling a bit and the sun was going down. We got in it and the smell was AWFUL. We all had to immediately shower after because we stunk so bad from it. The pool had someone's spit floating in it along with clumps of hair. I cleaned part of it myself. We had to stay as there were no other hotels available to accommodate us. Many more complaints. See pictures.

It has a pool outside and one inside with a hot tub. Breakfast was great with eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage. Additionally they have bagels, cereal and fruit. Great way to start your day.
-
Pool and everything was great. Tried to get the free breakfast and there were so many people we juat went and ate out somewhere else. My biggest issue was my 2 year old got hurt from playing on the floor in the hotel by a staple that was intended in the carpet it actually cut him.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and friendly staff. :)
-
Careless painting and plaster work. The interior was really dirty feeling from how poorly the room was renovated
-
Hot tub didn’t get very hot and I killed a bug
-
Do not book here. Dirty, smelly, terrible.
-

The price and the pools Beds were very hard, had a baby toilet, phone in the room didn't work asked for it to be fixed many time'sbut never was, breakfast meats could have been cooked fully, asked for a fan but never received one. Stayed 6 night's...

Room was clean and convenient to the indoor pool. Hot breakfast was excellent.
-
room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. property needs some maintenance.
-
The room was clean but 'well worn'. The size of the room was awesome. It was very spacious. Unfortunately there were some language barriers with the housekeeping staff and the outdoor pool was closed during our summer visit.
-
The area it was in That i reported issues i was having with the lamps in the living room not coming on & the TV remote in the bedroom wouldn't work for the TV i had to go up to the TV to change channels & turn it up or down. The outdoor pool was also not working during my stay.

The outdoor pool was closed but the indoor one was open which saved the day. My biggest complaint is that housekeeping was banging on our door at 9:30 AM. I have never stayed at a hotel where they bothered you before checkout time. Other than that breakfast was good and staff was helpful when needed.

No 1 the price changed last min I was suppose the get a 100$ off one key card application the outside pool we couldn’t even lay in the sun the inside pool was cold and the hot tub wasn’t that hot , Should have been charged for the price since hotel didn’t fit the description . I would never stay there again and for starters it sent us to wrong quality inn . The Jett tub in the room looked nasty we had to buy bleach and cln jet tub and shower the door to balcony was broke
