I had a terrible experience. I will not be back at that hotel. The man that checked us in was very rude not at all. I told him that I had requested rooms close together or connected one or the other he said I don’t have any hateful put me on first floor in a very small room which was awful but my son and his wife on second floor with a terrific room so I don’t understand why my request wasn’t honored and then they put me in a room with a bed to squeaked every time you turn around and then you didn’t even have room to turn around. I will not be staying here again. I’m very disappointed.

It was a great location to stay near all of the major attractions in pigeon Forge Our room 214 was not cleaned on a regular basis and breakfast was alright

Pool stayed kinda cold (it is a outdoor pool so kinda makes sense) but I asked for an extra blanket and pillows and they said they were out of them. So bring extra stuff when staying. Other than that it was nice, you get what you pay for... which is good

All (1) stars because that’s the lowest you can give and still leave a review for others. Had a confirmed booking with e-mails to show as Expedia does always, and the on duty front desk attendant stated my booking was canceled earlier in the day because they couldn’t run my debit card to charge it. PAY AT PROPERTY was selected on Expedia before the booking was accepted AND CONFIRMED - she was informed of that and shown the e-mail. Her response was “well we couldn’t call you either because all we had for your phone number was 1s”. She states she seen the email confirmation and confirmation number but she didn’t know what to tell me. Pretty inconvenient being Jeep Invasion 2026 Pigeon Forge!! God had us for sure as always and led us to The Inn at Apple Valley - an Ascend Collection property, and it was very very worth every penny! Priced economically but service well above standard! Well kept property, found a new home while in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge, TN!!
