What I found disappointing was front desk did not inform me that the treadmill was out of order or that an event was being held on the upstairs deck. The suite was amazing.

This hotel is beautiful and in the middle of town. Its right next to the dolly statue. It was a wonderful stay and beautiful rooms we will be back.

The property was very clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of space in our room. The front desk clerk was lovely to talk to, we will definitely come back! I can’t think of anything. It was a delightful experience staying there!

This hotel is in a good location, very clean, friendly helpful staff, updated everything, and they have so many helpful things in the room for you. There were pots, pans, plates, cups, a dishwasher, even a washer and dryer in the room we got. I absolutely loved the fact that there is a coffee and pastry shop right downstairs in the same building. It made my morning that much better. Limited parking, but we were able to find one without an issue.

This hotel is in a good location, very clean, friendly helpful staff, updated everything, and they have so many helpful things in the room for you. There were pots, pans, plates, cups, a dishwasher, even a washer and dryer in the room we got. I absolutely loved the fact that there is a coffee and pastry shop right downstairs in the same building. It made my morning that much better. Limited parking, but we were able to find one without an issue.

This hotel was amazing. We were in town for a family reunion, and we hosted our welcome dinner the first night on the rooftop. The staff was incredible, the food was delicious, and the drinks were expertly crafted. My boyfriend and I stayed one night at the hotel, and the room was huge, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The property itself is beautiful, and the rooms are well decorated. We had dinner in the restaurant, and it was the best meal we had during our stay in Tennessee. I will definitely be back!
