This hotel is in a good location, very clean, friendly helpful staff, updated everything, and they have so many helpful things in the room for you. There were pots, pans, plates, cups, a dishwasher, even a washer and dryer in the room we got. I absolutely loved the fact that there is a coffee and pastry shop right downstairs in the same building. It made my morning that much better. Limited parking, but we were able to find one without an issue.

Very large space. Didn’t like that you could not access the hotel from the front desk without having to walk outside around the building.

Room room room to stretch out. This part of town is completely quaint.

This hotel was amazing. We were in town for a family reunion, and we hosted our welcome dinner the first night on the rooftop. The staff was incredible, the food was delicious, and the drinks were expertly crafted. My boyfriend and I stayed one night at the hotel, and the room was huge, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The property itself is beautiful, and the rooms are well decorated. We had dinner in the restaurant, and it was the best meal we had during our stay in Tennessee. I will definitely be back!

The property was very nice and clean and quiet. My only issue is that the parking spots are a little narrow for a larger suv.

Beautiful and convenient property. Wish that the sink was more accessible - did not work for a 5’3” person. Also no full length mirrors. Also I would have loved to get a drink at the roof top bar but it was closed for private events.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Great location and the property was amazing. We will stay here again in the future.

This hotel was extremely clean and looked ever better than the pictures show. We had a 3 bedroom and it looked liked I was in a short term rental compared to a hotel. It was definitely worth the price and we will try to stay anytime we go to the Sevierville/ Pigeon Forge area.

It was huge, like staying in an apartment

I always stay here when I’m in town. I own a business in Sevierville and this is my go to place . The hotel is more a like a condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms a full kitchen and all the little amenities you need set up in the bathrooms . The only complaint I have is that I wish one bathroom had a bathtub or a normal shower . They have fancy rain showers which are sometimes not practical for women not wanting their hair wet . I have to purchase shower caps for my stay , other than that I love staying here !

Seasons 101 restaurant (inside hotel) had delicious food and very convenient. I’d also recommend Red’s Soda Fountain and Ice Cream next door.

Bed for couch sheets were covered in food no TV in bedrooms beds were hard not comfortable at all
